The passporter site is passporter.com..,..they have a message board on their site under the community link and it is similar to this one. anyways they also have a special access area that you can pay per month or per yr for and as a member you can download all their e-books and their e-worksheets..if you are a yearly member then you can request to have up tp 2 specific e-worksheet created or tweaked and posted on that area for everyone who is a member to download and use.

As for the songs, about a year ago a fellow diser, Ben (aka BeanoC) offered to provide his 2 volume cruise mix and was kind enough to send me a copy. I seriously listen to it all the time. Songs 2-7 and 15 are from that. There were several other great songs but some of them were more adult (like When the Sun Goes Down from Kenny Chesney and Uncle Kracker) that I excluded. Songs 8-13 are from Mickey's Dance Party CD. The Horn and track 14 are from castaway club (that's also where I appropriated the CD cover background). That's why I put Inspired by ... on the bottom of the CD. For more of that instrumental Caribbean band flavor (nice for adults) you can download it here http://www.paperkitten.com/ssk/

Jen doesn't have to pack her clothes because the have "their own clothes for her" So she always comes home in the dirty or messy clothes they picked her up from school in on Friday. Good thing she doesn't go all weekend every weekend. Sorry, I am venting... divorce is the worst on kids.

Madison and I are going shopping (for scrapbook stuff) with my girlfriend in and hour or so and we are going to bring her mix to listen in the car!. We got her a Fisher Price MP3 player for Christmas and I will try to figure out how to put it on that for her. She is very excited!

Better go, I've whined enough.

Tracy what exactly did you ask for on your tweaked chart? I know which one you asked for, but how are you making special for you. I downloaded just about every chart they have!!

i had her combine two charts from the new cruise line book..its got a personal navigator feel to it..it is from pages 136 and 336 i do believe in the new disney cruise line passporter book. but its a general one i want to do for my family i asked for a place for 4 people, place for times, locations, and such for each person on one sheet so i could create a plan of action each day with the theaters, sigings, massage, and anything else we want to do without having to much difficulty in figuring out if it will conflict with someone else or run into another persons time frame for something.. after you download it then open it up on adobe you can add in your names and all that stuff yourself, save and print. thats how you get it more personal. but what i had asked for is a time schedule with a spot to put what port we are in for the day and a place to put location of where and what times of dinners and any other activty going on for each day and for each person.. like if dd is in club for two hrs while we are in massage i can write that down and i can do one up for each day..once i get on board and we know all that is going on i can write this stuff in and can plan each day out as we go along without having to worry about time conflicts as much..like character signings and such i can note on it and what time and where and i can carry each page each day so i know at a glance who what where when why and how...


Devin sure will have a big crowd of kids to dance with now..all these girls here practicing up for him they are liable to wear him out before we even get past the first nite.

This set is by Karen Foster. The 1st one has a cruise ship and says, "The Ship Shape Shop Cruise Wear",2. "Captain Jack's Souvenirs", 3. "Porthole Pets Towel Art" and 4."all ashore Active Wear" They are really cute and the towel art one has a towel swan on it!

I already downloaded the one you wanted, I will have to go back for the tips. I think I have just about all of them now! I didn't even have to order one because everyone has done such a good job of ordering just what I need!

I downloaded the tips one and was working on printing out some of the others but my dh seemed to have used up my color ink and i dont have a spare one here right now ..oh well will fill them in and save them and print later i guess..been trying to think of some other ones that might be handy to have and do another one but can't think of any off hand.

Since my DH has been reading all of your stories to us for the past few days, I have taken over the lap top and decided to write you all about our story!

It all started on December 9th 2006.

We (my gang DH, DD (9), DS(7) and myself) all went over to my inlaws for our annual tree decorating, along with my husband's sister (my sister in law) and her husband and son.

We were all very busy sorting all of the decorations for x-mas and getting into the x-mas spirit when all of a sudden.....
my in laws paraded down into the family room carrying a HUGE poster of a ship. We all kind of looked at each other wondering what the heck was going on????!!!!
My inlaws made their announcement.......

THE DWORZAK FAMILY ARE GOING ON A DISNEY CRUISE TO CELEBRATE THEIR 40TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY!!!!
HOLY CRAP!!! Please repeat that.....
YUP!!!! WE ARE ALL GOING ON A 1 WEEK WESTERN CARRIBEAN DISNEY CRUISE!!!
We didn't know whether we should laugh or cry! So, we did both!
Once we all calmed down, my in laws repeated the itinerary again.

None of us were ever on any kind of cruise, except for my inlaws.
The wheels were turning.....
What to buy....what we need.....how to lose 40 lbs in 5 months....
what to see....where to go.....how much weight can you gain in 1 week anyways????

The kids went nuts. We talked about it once or twice before and once we looked at the prices we put our ideas on hold.

Now we are going and it's an ALL expenses paid vacation thanks to my inlaws and their 40th wedding anniversary!

A couple of months have passed, and the kids have calmed down.
Well, not for long.

My mother inlaw figures that the holiday should start NOW!

She (along with DH, her son) came up with a COUNT DOWN CALENDAR for the kids. Just when we thought everything was calming down......time to get the kids all excited again!

So my mother inlaw came up with the calendar and we have 46 days to go from today. On the calendar there are 8 happy faces scattered about the page. My son asks the question.... "Grandma what are the happy faces about"
Well, she answers....."every time you get to a happy face on the calendar, Grandma and Grandad will have something special for you, that has to do with the cruise."

That night (Friday, March 16th) is when the kids got the calendars along with the first of eight happy face gifts.

Wrapped up in 3 little packages (1 for each grandchild) was their 1st happy face presents. A travel diary, a chpater's gift certificate (airplane fund money) and a mickey mouse book mark.

SOOOOO, now we are counting ALL kinds of days.....
count down to the cruise AND count down until the next happy face!

We are having a ball...... We are ALL VERY excited about the cruise!

I actually get all teary eyed just thinking about it!
All I can say, is that I hope the week on the ship doesn't go too fast!

You'll probably know who the Dworzak Family are on the last day of the cruise....we'll be the ones who are crying the loudest!

Devin has all girl cousins; he's the only boy so he's pretty resilient, and can be quite a little ham.

I'm so glad the kids like their CD. So funny that it's just the little things that make them happy. If I offered Devin $100 or Pez candy, he'd take the candy.

I think I'm going to get the suitcases out too because right now the bags of cruise stuff are cluttering up my room. I need to figure out what we have, what we still need (especially clothes wise for Devin) and its not like we will be wearing any summer clothes here anyway (had snow again yesterday) so I might as well pack them up. How can people do last minute cruises when it takes some of us over a month just to pack

What a cool story! A "Magic"al Gathering sounds like an amazing way to celebrate a 40th anniversary! That countdown calendar is a great idea! I don't know how much of this thread you've gotten to read since it's pretty long at this point but if you've checked out page 1, post 15, you'll see who is cruising with you and the kids' ages. If you want to post the names of all your family members, the kids' ages and where you are from I'll add you to the roll call. The kids have been getting to know each other a little bit by exchanging x-mas cards, valentines and what not. If you PM me with the kids' names and your address I'll send the cruise mix CD that has been mentioned here to your kids and your nephew.

BTW, I'm Michigan Kim (there is a FLA Kim too so this is how we distinguish). It's me, my DH Brian and DS Devin (pictured in my avatar) who will be 3 in June. It's our first Disney cruise and Devin's first cruise ever. We're really excited!
