Yes each person will need to have a VQ return time just like any other VQ. Sounds like you might not have use a VQ before.

Just make sure that anyone that will be with you is linked in your MDE account, has a valid ticket to HS, and a park reservation if required by their ticket.

Ahh no, the software function is not dynamic. So any VQ offering will perform exactly the same way regardless of what is used for.

I assume it's for the crowd control in the store. Disney doesn't want you actually waiting in line if you could be spending money elsewhere
