May 4th-11th who else is going then?

Hi there, we just booked our room at a time share villa(vacation village @ parkway), bought our passes off maple leaf(4 day hoppers/5th day free) and are now trying to find cheap airfare. We booked a character meal for Donalds Braekfosorus. anyone else going at this time? I read somewhere that there are a lot of confrences at this time? I would love to hear from any past expiriences of going at this time. Thanks

We went the first 2 weeks in May back in 1999 and we had picture perfect weather everyday and it wasnt crowded at all! We are actually going back now from 4/27-5/9. I think its the BEST time of year to go!

We will be their May 3rd thru the 7th! Staying at POP I cant wait!!The close it gets the more excited I get I may just explode with excitment before we arrive!

We are going May 6th-14th and are staying at the POP when we drive in the first night, then checking into the CBR the next morning. I've gone in May several times, and it is my favorite time of year to go- great weather, less crowded, Flower & Garden Fest. I don't remember there being lots of conventions in the past, or if there was, I didn't notice it. It does get more crowded later in May, that's why we stick with going the first two weeks. It's not as empty crowd-wise as, say, September, but you don't have to worry about hurricane season and there seems to be less rehabs going on also. But really, the crowds aren't bad- just use fastpasses when you can and you'll be fine!
