Great job bobbi565! I am making signs now and learning Photoshop. Let me tell you, my patience has been tested !! I'll try to post some as I finish them. Maybe one of us can come up with a little design for our doors that we can print out to show we are the May Magic Crew!!

Hang in there snow bunnies! I was born and raised in MI and MISS it so much (I've been in CA for 10 years). We miss the snow a lot but don't miss the shoveling and driving in it!! Nothing is better than the 4 seasons!

Hey guys... I have a day off today and I have "borrowed" an image from another website and made it our own!!!!!!!! I hope they don't mind. I didn't do the graphics but just added the May wording... but, I can't link it to my signature. If anyone else has any luck doing that... maybe you can?

Wasn't going to bother, but now think perhaps I should. How do you stick them on to the doors?

UK still cold frosty grey and glum and my work schedule is in overload at present. So cruise planning is very therapeutic for stress, we just can't wait. Anyone else have this compulsion every Sat to be glued to the PC at around 4pm (9pm my time) to watch the Magic sailing on her way via the webcams? How sad am I?!

The Wife had me pick up some magnetic tape at the artsy crafty store. Dispenses just like scotch tape, sticks to what ever, but the other side is magnetic.

The doors are metal, so the signs can either be printed on magnetic paper, or on photo paper/card stock/laminated paper etc. with magnet tape on the back!

Easy Peasy!! You have to post it to a photo sharing site, I use Photobucket on the recommendation of many on this board, and then copy and paste the image code displayed next to the thumbnail onto your signature.

Uh oh! I don't know why it's cutting off the bottom of the image! When I preview it in my signature preview, the whole image appears!!

This happened with my countdown ticker... Disboards only allows a certain size of signature. Maybe if you take away some of the spaces between your name and ticker... or make the font a tiny bit smaller... That's what I had to do!

Ok, the obsessive planner in me is taking over again! We plan on rebooking onboard, so I've started thinking about when we want to cruise in 2009. We've decided we're going to bring DS for his first trip to WDW this time, followed by a 3 Night on the Wonder. Since I will be returning to work as a teacher next year, we have to plan around my school schedule. DS will be starting kindergarten at a private school, so I'm less concerned with him missing a few days of school than all the hassle of me being out, especially as a first year teacher in a new school.

Here are our choices:
1. We can vacation during my spring break in April. The weather will be better then since it won't be rainy season or really tropical storm season, but we will have to travel on my first day of break and return on my last day of break, so I won't have any time for a breather. Also, Passover will fall during the vacation, so I will miss my family Sedar (as I am Jewish) and will have to deal with the guilt of not observing the dietary laws of the holiday (I'm not kidding myself that I will have the willpower to do this on the cruise!) .

2. We can vacation at the end of June after school ends. The weather is riskier, and we can pretty much count on some rain during the vacation as well as the prospect of excessive heat in Orlando. However, the cruise fare will be $300 less and when we return home, I will be on summer vacation so I will have plenty of decompression time. Also, I won't be travelling during a holiday.

Opinions?

Hi! It dispenses like scotch tape? I have some that's thicker and comes in a roll and then you cut it with scissors. Is it in a container like scotch tape? Wow...this would be lighter than theroll magnetic tape. Gotta think of every pound when packing!! What brand is it and what store did you buy it at?
