May 31 to June 5th busy?

Hi everyone. I am fairly new here. We are going down on Memorial day, but just staying at the hotel and sleeping upon check in, then hitting the pavement hard at the crack of dawn on Tuesday. Every night we are going is a Grad nite. We are staying at the GCH on 30 and 31st (gift from my sister's dad who has DVC), and then we are moving Wed to the new Courtyard. The Courtyard has actually lowered their prices since I booked, and I notice most of the Harbor hotels still have vacancies. Is this a good sign that maybe it won't be that busy? I keep reading most avoid the Grad nites plus the closures plus most schools not being out, this could be a good combo for us. I am hopeful! What do you locals think it will be like? I have never been this particular week.
