I have been looking for a thread on our cruise but I cant find one......

I tried to start one a few months ago but no one responded.

Everyone lurking out there please lets get together!

I am traveling with my 15 year old son and 19 year old daughter, My Mom and My Dad, My Brother, his wife and their two kids 3 and 11 both girls.

We love Disey Cruises!

I guess we'll be the only ones on the ship...Oh what fun. Anyway I hope your planning is going well. If there is anything I can answer for you please just ask.

Hey there! I'm traveling with DH, DS 15, DS 9, my brother, his wife, and their DD 17. We're looking forward to a great trip. The most difficult thing so far is figuring out which excursions to book. The only thing I think I'm sure (contradiction - I know) about wanting to try is the Banana Boat ride on CC.

:dance3:

Hey Everyone! We cant wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!:yay:

Diane...my family did the banana boat and had a blast!

We're really excited, too. It's my brother's family's first cruise and I'm excited to see their reactions to everything. I read that goggles are a must on the banana boat. Would you agree? What's the best time to do it? Is there a bad time?

We're just over 3 weeks out... I can't wait!:cool1:

Yesterday everyone in our party got their cruise docs!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dianne
The goggles are a great idea. As far as the time goes just pick the one the is best for yall......remember the sun is at it worst 11 til 2pm

Hope this helps

Yay! Cruise docs make it all official like. We have ours too - so we're all set to go.

I've been doing some shopping. The boys have outgrown their swim trunks from last year and everyone needs new sandals.

I'm going to try to pack as lightly as possible without forgetting anything. I usually overdo it.

Joel, I think I read that you were going to upgrade to a cat 3. Sounds great! I'm using a florida resident rate to get a good price on a cat 6 - I wonder if they offer a florida res rate on cat 3s.

What are you guys most looking forward to on the trip? You're both Castaway Club members, right? Any idea when or where the reception is?

Well... My Lovely Girlfriend and I signed up for this sailing a couple of weeks ago, and my parents decided this was a good time to get their feet wet too. So, enjoy your cruise, knowing that there are more than a few crazy people on board (but crazy in a good way)
