With the days counting down, I called the TA and was asking about all the theme nights/semi formals ect...she said they are keeping it so quite, she doens't know anything She told me to pack a little for each event I thought would be on the cruise, and for each of the kids we should plan accordingly with costumes and the such! I think we'll just show up as we wish, and if it's formal, we'll try to iron the wrinkles !

Can't wait to get there and just see what's going on, and what all the secrets are

Hi everyone!
I'm not on your cruise (we're July 30th) but I was wondering if ANYONE in your group has be able to find out any information from DCL about when the formal, semi-formal and special theme nights are going to be?! I figure since you're in your 30 day window (can you stand it?!?!) you may have found something out. Every time I call DCL they tell me to call about 30 days before the cruise but my compulsive planning disorder isn't allowing that to rest well with me.

I bet a lot of us west coast cruisers are budding into your thread for info...hope we're not buggin' y'all!

Is anyone going into any of the parks tomorrow? We are going to Disneyland and I can hardly contain myself. I am so excited. I haven't seen the new fireworks yet but I hear they can make a grown man cry! No surprise, of course. I often cry from being overwhelmed with emotion at Disneyland. Anyway, just want to know if anyone else plans to fight the crouds tomorrow?

I am trying to book a room at the Sheraton but it looks like it is full?

I anticipated that it might get that way. I booked my room right after I confirmed the cruise - a year ago tomorrow. It can't be just our group. I wonder if there will be a bunch of press staying there also.

Each first has been different. Since DCL is making pins for the western repo, it is likely they would continue for the west coast cruise. Alex

I inquired about hotels late last week, and even though the Sheraton is fully booked, they still had rooms at the Holiday Inn which is also offering the park and cruise package.
