Hey Sue,
Check out your other thread on the DCL. There are several posts in response to your question, including one from me. The kids can wear their Mickeys in their lanyard, if you decide to get one for them. My 10 dd wears hers all the time. We allow her to have some time to explore, movies, ice cream etc.

Here's my superneurotic question on the green Mickeys...which green did you get? There are TWO lime shades of Mickey heads at Home Depot...so I picked up both (I don't want to be wearing the WRONG one when we have our ice cream party!)...

My superneurotic soul sister....I, too, got both lime green colors, but was too embarrassed to ask which was the right one! The lightest one is "Alien Green" and the darker one "Sonic Boom", but they both look lime green to me!

Ahhhh, it's official! I feel better now that I know which is the "Dis-icaly correct" one to wear! Do you peel off the Mickey Head and stick it to the outside of your lanyard or do you stick it onto your KTTW card?

I, too, was wondering which green to get. I picked up the Alien Green because I like the name of the color (and it looked lime-colored to me).

Just trim the cream colored card that the mickey head is attached to. Use a credit card to get the sizing right.

I saw a door sign where they made it look like the paint chip. The door sign is in someone's signature.

My countdown time says that we're less than 2 mths away from our trip. I was looking over an old Navigator from last year's eastern. I can't wait to play Bingo and see the new show. THere was another thread which stated that Hercules is going and the new show (forgot the name - sorry!) will be on the Magic for our trip. The new show is spin on Cinderella.

I've been pretty busy for a couple of weeks and had not checked this list. Wow, it has really been busy. Here's my info: Susie and Curt, Stateroom 6092, late seating.

With all this talk about the kids gettogether, maybe those of us that don't have kids should think about starting a meet also. Maybe around the adult pool? Or the new coffee cafe? How would we identify ourselves?

Why Alien Green Mickey paint chips from Home Depot of course!

It's hard to separate the kids from the adults. Quiet Cove is forward, Goofy midship & Mickey aft. Scoops is aft. It probably makes since for the adults to meet near Scoops on the first day. I don't know what time the ice cream get together for the girls is planned (my dd is 10 and probably to old), but 3:00 in front of Scoops sounds good to me. The kids can meet and exchange postcards while the adults get to know each other.

YEA...Alien Green! I'll go check mine and find it in the pile! I've just been peeling the heads off the cards b/c I'm going to laminate them all (along w/our "doortag" sign for passing around). Doing the official Dis Dance, now!

I think 3 at Scoops will be good for our get together...isn't the safety drill at 4?...and then those of us w/early dinner will scoot out to EAT again! Boy, I LOVE this cruise thing already!

We just got our local "magazine" for our area in the newspaper tonight and DS wants to bring it to show our area (it's the summertime tourist stuff).

How many postcards did we say for the kids to bring? I was figuring probably 20 total for my two kids to share w/their pals.

I not on your cruise, but read your posts! Now I know I didn't get the right Home Depot chips. I got the Sonic Boom ones. Guess I'll have to go back! Don't want to be the person wearing Nikes when everyone else is wearing Sketchers!
