I named the delivery groups after Donald's nephews.

TEAM LOUIE - Thanks to a head's up from Tanya, it appears that Sara (5littleindians) left the cruise, but didn't let us know. I've sent several PMs to her and have gotten no answers. So I've taken that group off the list.

HEY FE PEOPLE!

Check out the delivery map. I found a graphic that another FE organizer had used and created a delivery map for us. The staterooms are color coordinated with the colors on the delivery list tab. Huey (Red), Dewey (Blue), Louie (Green) and Us Too (Yellow).

Notice for Dewey - there's one stateroom not on the map, 12002 is up on deck 12. Also for Us Too, notice there's 3 rooms with a yellow block next to their regular color for the 3 staterooms that are on two lists.

Here's the link, I'm also putting it on the delivery list tab of the spreadsheet. Let me know if there's anything wrong on it.

One thought... on the map, I know you have two colors going on with blue and a yellow.... is there any way to add an X or a J for John...J for Jefe ("Chief" in Spanish... wink) or folks should note your cabin number now 8560 when they print it off....

John-As usual you took the FE exchange to another level. I made delivery maps but they are no where as neat as your yours. I had a page printed for each floor. Oh well-THANKS!!!

There SHOULD be no more additions, deletions, moves, etc. I THINK that I'm up to date on everything.

One thought... on the map, I know you have two colors going on with blue and a yellow.... is there any way to add an X or a J for John...J for Jefe ("Chief" in Spanish... wink) or folks should note your cabin number now 8560 when they print it off....

Are you kidding? That would make it too easy for folks to egg my door as they're delivering, their feet pounding from all the walking, they're cursing my name with every limp down the unending hall. Nope, if they want to lynch me, they're gonna have to FIND me! (hint: if I'm not in the spa, then look for the guy with the fu-fu drink!)

I was thinking about that this weekend. I like that we did it by the pools last time because the kids could swim, there are drink machines right there, tables and chairs and loungers, etc. I was thinking that Diana could set up shop on a table somewhere between the Mickey and Donald pools, port side, since it seems that the starboard side (that is the side facing the terminal) was busier. Let me take a look at the deck plans again, as I'm thinking that is DIRECTLY where the drink station is, so maybe starboard side would be better.

There are some places inside on other decks that would work, but I figure that folks would like to enjoy the air and if it rains, we'd be under cover, or close to it.

EDIT: Checked the deckplans for deck 11 and port side (left side for you landlubbers) between the Donald and Mickey pools will work well I think. If anyone has any other ideas, let's hear them!

Also, what time? I'm thinking around 12:30 to 2:00 or so (after getting something to eat). Too much later and you run into ship tours, spa raffles, etc.

I like the poolside g2g as long as the weather is decent. A few weeks ago I read about a FE group reserving one of the bar areas for their group. The lady said there was a cast member by the door to direct traffic as well. The kids were in a contained space so that they could mingle a little more amongst themselves. Although i think having the green bracelets eliminates this issue. Of course with thousands of threads being started daily on the Dis, I doubt I can find it.
