Hey, I know awoltoday!!! The scarey one as I call him!! He was on our 05' cruise and part of our dis' group!

I was trying to follow the crossing, and missed some of it. Thank you for posting the pics.

Guess that darn sub messed things up for many who were trying to get pics? Not sure. Any way, it was fun reading ALL the posts! My goodness! I left and it was only 15-20 posts and came home to over 300!!!!!

Had a fun/frustrating day (darn sub) watching our ship going through PC to us. I can do an animation of her going under the Centennial Bridge and through the Miraflores lock if anyone wants me to, but for now, I'll just leave you with this shot of Capt Mickey from today.

I would love to see the animation going through the maraflores lock. I watched most of the morning but had to go pick up the kids right when the camera went down at those locks and it was over when I got back. Thanks,

Hey, have you ever done the Rainforest? I've only heard about it and now have read some. What are your thoughts?

Didn't get much done today. I did shop (again) and can't find anything I like Plus, it's SO hot here now, all I want is a pool and a I'll try the mall next week

Almost done with my 'fishy' and still need to start the 'fish bait' (love that name). I'll wait and have everyone help me on Sunday. I'll line everyone up and pass the bags around

I like the Mickey ears with the ribbin bow and of the course the vest is very manly looking LOL I read on 2 post on cruise critic that the Magic had major engine problems prior to the repositioning to the West coast so I really have my fingers crossed that all is well now I really enjoyed the photog from the PC--Suuport the tropps is all I can say about the Submariners--BoooYaaa--I realized I could wear my boot as a peg leg for pirate night aaarrrggghhh--on the 2005 cruise we met up on deck 10 and acquired some table for another Magical meet.If any are interested we can talk about this at the Meet and Greet Well I almost got everything for the fishies ..Got some rum toady for the Pina Colada mix--swiler? The map was AWESOME, someone (can't remember who now) posted it on the PC thread while we were all waiting, and it helped SO much! Gave it a real perspective for me, very educational also.

I haven't, it sounds kind of cool though, I've been thinking about trying it out this trip if I can fit it in. I'll confess, I did do a bit of a splurge for myself and booked the Alone Time spa service on Friday, and if I haven't already tried it before then, I'm going to try it then for sure.

Good to see You posting today Tracey Got your pm and thanks for the reponse..aaarrgghh It's going to be hot today as we got the front from the west coast. I sure hope they get rid of all that heat as I have been inside for almost 7 months and I am whiter than a plucked chicken I guess the 60 spf will come in very handy..I love the pics of the boat going through the lock YoHoYo(there it is again,tell me you couldn't hear that) are you kids seeing hidden Mickeys in clouds,etc...Good game to play with them going down the road---SeeeYa James

Just returned from getting my hair done. I can now check that off my list. Fishy should be done today. Ummmm...then getting carpets cleaned on Monday....stop mail, newspaper, confirm house sitter..... That should be it! Oh, and the small matter of packing

Some of the cool shots were close ups of the people, we could read signs and recognize people. It was rather cool - but oh so frustrating with the security and camera issues

Got some fish gifts the other day so I guess I am not to last minute. Just went to the giants baseball game the other day with the kids for the first time and didnt realize how much work it was so that shot a day for me. Then my daughter had our girl scout camping trip at a theme park so that shot a day and a half for me. I feel like I am more busy as a stay at home mom then if I was working and these two bosses are giving me no breaks or even a lunch.
I better stop imagining that things will just get done and that my bags will be packed magically.
Has anyone went on a cruise and their cell phone doesn't work. The last cruise that I was on didnt give me any reception for my cell phone and I guess I better call to find out because I remember that the calls from the ship are WAY to high for me so I can gossip with my mother.
Our heat waves here is over so we are back to foggy weather but it was sure nice to have some sun on our area.

Hey I think the hot weather finally got here to Dallas, but it nice to see the coolo off there in CA.. I laid out for about an hour this afternoo in the hammock(acrualy I fell asleep) There is no way I will have a tan by the time the cruise comes around--Land Shark syndrome..I am enjoying a Mike-aria and must say the new drink is quite appealin--uhuh...Her fishy fishy fishy--wait a minute that's the cat call for us it is only 4.5 days till we fly out of DFW-if AA doesn't shut down the aircraft for more inspections We are going to do more packing tonight also and wait a minute there is that sound again...My cat was singing pirate tunes with a cup of grog in his rolleyes1 Need a refill see ya later.. James

I almost have the packing done - Yippee! I almost made it in 2 luggage pieces - truthfully, if this was a normal cruise and I didn't have all the pirate and princess dress up gear, I would have made it in 2 - but hey 3 bags ain't bad. Not considering last year's 3 week cruise and vacation we had 6 bags - actually ended up getting an extra one after Legoland since DD(4 at the time), won this HUGE blue monkey! It's as tall as I am! We had no place for the darn thing and had to board the next day. Had to break down and buy the stupid thing it's OWN piece of luggage, so we ended up with 7 pieces. Made it 8 on the way home when we added souveniers and things we bought!

I have to say, I'm very jealous of the hammock and the nap! I've been running my butt off today.... darn, just looked - way to much of it is still back there!

The Mike-arita is a new drink from Mikes hard lemonade-its not as good as a frozen rita but close..The DW is having a coconut mohito she made and is now nodding off.. It looks like Narnia-Prince Caspian will be showing on the boat since it came out yesterday.. part of the crew,part of the ship..Maybe we shoud free Calypso on the cruise-wait a minute that's already happened.oh well.. good night all..James

How much are the drinks on the cruise? My last cruise, I spent more on the drinks when I got our bill at the end than the actual price of the cruise. I will have to say that it was a bill between me and mom so I will blame her for the drinks. It will not be as bad as last time since I am on new med's so I don't want to mix the two but I still can't walk away from a cute fruity drink, if it looks cute than I will drink it.
