Hi guys I just got back from the doctor's office and got the cast off but, I am not going to be able to walk any distance without the boot on my leg as I forgot about the atrophy or not using the foot/ankle in 7 weeks. I could barely stand on it as I broke both the Tib/Fib right above the ankle.. So no dancing but plenty of pain relief/stress relief I retired from St. Petersburg, FL after my 4th back injuty and was told by the ortho doc who did Jose Consecco's back I could not return to work I let my Paramedic expire last year and am on disability now. Well enough about that.. Cool ..Did you say Deputy chief or assistant chief or district chief? I know you said it on your post but the part-timers just kicked in Dispactch huh well that's cool.. Well I will look in later...James Maybe we can exchange a shirt?

Hello you naughty swillers!
Never fails....when I am home and checking the boards every hour nothing is going on. I venture out of town to get some shopping done and suddenly everyone is feeling talkative
Feeling stressed here too. But just have one more trip to make tomorrow to get things I didn't pick up today and then I can start trying to cram it all in my luggage.....oh yes and finally have all my fish bait...oops I mean gifts now to put it all together hmmmm....thinking I might need to borrow some more luggage
My neighbor brought me a bottle of wine today for taking care of their cat, was going to bring it to share but may need to open that bad boy to wind down from all this planning packing purchasing printing....

When I have the energy to finally go shopping today and we are now having a heat spell for the next few days. We are use to 55 or so and now we are going to the 100's. Why oh why oh why. At least my car is finally fixed again now that I brought it in and they found a bolt that wasnt tight enough. I am glad that this didnt happen when we are on I-5. Dh and I were laughing today because I just joined a gym with him and told him that this is a wrong time for me to work out before the cruise since my guard will be down and I am now working out to just add more on.
I am a diabetic and I will call but I need to find out if I need any doctors note when I carry on my insulin and needles and medicine. I really don't know how that works on a cruise. I know that I had to turn in a medical paper for my ds but didnt turn mine in.

Well the pre-trip nightmares have finally started! Funny they usually start much sooner, then a week before leaving. I guess I've been so busy with work I haven't really been able to focus on the trip. So, the nightmare was I get to the California and realize I've forgotten the passports and we can't board without id. - but hey at least I was wearing clothes!

Ellen glad your head has less stress....I'm mean your job will be feeling better...oh heck, well, hope your job and your head are feeling less stress and feeling better

Nicole I use an insulin pump but last cruise just used the shots.. Fill out the medical form on the disney site and get it signed by the DR. and fax it in to disney to request a real fridge in your room for your insulin and viola it will be there when you arrive.. The coolers are just that and do not usually keep the insulin where it should be.. Youi can also carry a small cooler on board since you do have insulin--I had no problem with them at all...Yumm have to stay away from the dessert buffet---uhoh too late Anyone else ned the mickey heads? Nine days until we leave, and for anyone else going out one day early! Yay! I'm doing the pre-trip laundry and making sure no one wears anything that they want to bring, once it is clean. Haven't started the actual packing yet, just putting things together in a basket as I find them. It's hard to have so many non-trip related things to still have to do!

Returned clothes I bought for the trip today cause they were not so cute one me.
Went and bought the girls more clothes cause they ARE so cute!!
Also putting things in the suitcase.
Got my order from Oriental Trading today!!
Melisaa-AKA "fishy queen" if we have multiple small gifts can we spread them out during hte week or should we plan on giving them all at once??

I know it it is kind of late for this BUT is there any food allergies for the fishy people?? Or fears that kids may have or things that people do NOT want their kids to get??? My LO Cayley 20mo is CANNOT have any nut products-I have a allergy and we are not exposing her until 3. SInce it is NOT an actual allergy I did not mention it. Also, she does not eat candy-my 4 year old does. Just thought I would mention it......Anyone else have any "issues"

Sorry I have not posted much but I have been so busy. I'm in a wedding June 8th and tomorrow all us girls are going to Vegas for 4 days. I get back monday night and have 4 days to pack, finish shopping, make door signs, finish getting my fishy stuff together....But I'm not complaining--it's a good kind of busy!

Can't wait to see him . We had Christian on our last cruise but it seems all the ladies swoon over Brent.
