How do you add pictures again from photobucket? Do you just add the image link into the message or use the image icon?

Once you have your photo in photobucket, go to botton of the list of choices, it says:

IMG code

click that and copy it, then go to your thread and paste it.

Does that make since? I had such a time with this.

Nicole, that's really a bummer with Victor. I hope he feels better soon.

Kim, sorry to hear about Morgan. We got so lucky on this trip, Kaylie was sick with a small cold on Monday before we left and I was just so sure that Justin, Andy and I would get it while we were away, but we lucked out and we were fine.

We also did not have a good experience with the Kids club, that last day at sea when it was freezing out, I took the kids in there when Andy and I had Palo reservations for tea. The kids were scheduled to be on the sports deck and I told them I didn't want my kids up there because it was too cold. They gave me the hardest time, telling me they had to go. I stood my ground and told them that they needed to provide a place for them in the club. Eventually they came around and agreed but they were very rude. In fact almost evey time I dropped them off or picked them up I found them rude and unorganized. I was going to find the manger/director guy of the club and complain but I ran out of time. I did complain to the ladies that ran the focus group I was in about the club when I ran into them.

Thanks for the great pics Kim......The costo site is working again so I'll set up a group room for anyone that wants to view other peoples pictures and share their own pics. I took quite a few common pictures, but I'm missing other's.

In keeping with Tracey's idea, I thought I'd post a few "generic" photos I took while on board (i.e., photos mostly without people that feature the ship itself). This is evidence that there are indeed times when you can find some peace and quiet on board. :) I bought a new camera for the trip so I was experimenting a lot with different shots.

Love these pics! Very cool. Sorry I called you Tony in my post...I'm so bad with names! I love the picture of deck 4 with the shuffleboard....I spent a few hours walking that deck through the week.

My costco account is all transferred so I will set the group page up either Friday or over the weekend and e-mail those that gave me their e-mail addresess.

No offense taken on the name mix up. It’d have been easier if I’d have used my name as part of my screen name. :) I’m glad you like the pictures. The shuffleboard pic is my favorite too. That was taken the morning we were approaching Mazatlan. I had just taken a bunch of pics of the sunrise (and of my wife and the sunrise, and she of me and the sunrise) and I was heading back to my stateroom when I was struck by how the glow of the morning sun was reflecting off of the life boats and the walls of the fourth deck giving everything a brownish-orange hue. The dew was also creating a nice contrast in the individual panels of the wood deck. Add to that a shuffle board pattern and you get a pretty interesting picture for an empty deck. I had some good times later in the trip playing shuffleboard there with my DD6.

Great pic's - I love the shuffle board shot also, but I also really like the one of the stack. My trip this time felt like I was either holed up in the room (okay, not complaining, it was a nice room to be holed up in) or I was rushing rushing rushing. So, I'm really glad about the sharing of the generic ship shots.

I can't believe that I found extra fish gifts in my children's play room while I was cleaning it up. I can't name one vacation that I brought everything that I needed.

By the way, we had the best porter when we were leaving. When we first had a porter and we were unpacking the car, he just watched us struggle and put the luggage on the cart ourselves. The last porter stopped us at the end of the escalator and asked how our trip was, walked over to our spot at donald duck, helped us find all of our luggage, put it on the cart for us and suggested the best way to get to our car and even grabbed our customs document and handed it to the lady for us. Our poor bags were so over stuffed that they are coming apart now and we ended up with 8 bags and multiple carry on bags. Glad that we didn't fly because we would be broke!

When do they usually come out with the days when they decide to come back to LA? If we survive disney world in September then we will go and fly to Florida when the cruise comes again to LA. I didn't think a week was long enough for us. Still would like to try and go on a 3-4 day next year in October. It breaks my heart when my ds keeps asking about the mickey mouse ship and he had such a hard time but still loved it.

Just to update those of you waiting for me to start the costco group room. I just went to try and do it and although my account has been transferred to the new system, my group rooms have not and it is telling me to check back in a few days. So, I will work on uploading all my common pictures, I probably have 50-75 of them, and then as soon as I am able I'll get the room created and you will get an e-mail. I'll also post it here on the board that it is open in case you didn't receive the e-mail. Right now I have everyone's e-mail address except Kim, Mary and Suzie. I'll also post the sail away photos that I received from pppiglet on the costco site. If you would like them e-mailed to you I can do that too. Ellen, I will go ahead and e-mail those to you right now since you had already asked for that.

Hope everyone that was feeling under the weather is doing better.

Hi everyone...excuse me for interrupting but I will be sailing on July 27th...7th time on DCL...and I have a question. Can you please tell me what the gift was for the CC member gift this cruise? Have not seen it posted yet and no pictures so thought I would come and ask from those who have already cruises....also what color the lanyards are? Thanks and enjoyed your pictures...

and 4campers I say your thread on the Navigators...thanks for that:thumbsup2

Haven't heard anything from James, Suzie or Rebecca....I know Rebecca had her wedding she was in this weekend so maybe after she returns she'll be back on here.

Hi everyone!!!

It's been a very difficult week, I think I have post cruise depression:worried:.
Well finally unpacked and did some laundry and now I am working extra hours at school to make some $$ and pay for my next cruise:) :) .

I would like to thank everyone for all the gifts. My son and niece were very excited to wake up every morning and see all the special gifts you left for us. They also had a lot of fun delivering them too.

I really enjoyed meeting all of you... and hope we can do it again!!!:)

There you are!! Glad your home and everyone had a good time! My girls loved all their gifts SO much too! Even my DH liked delivering!

Hello to all the family!

Yes  thank you all for the great gifts and for being fishy in the first place:rotfl2: ! I have to say one of my favorite parts of the cruise was wandering the halls delivering gifts at 1 o'clock in the morning. Yep! Just me and the teens hangin' out in a deserted ship:cool1: :lmao:

Ok....so who rebooked and for when? We rebooked for next Aug. 17th I believe, the Tortola itinerary but we may push it out a year.

I still am having withdrawls:rotfl: but they are getting easier . I think though that even though being able to drive to the drug store is great (DS and I are still sick) I sure would love to just lay in bed with room service, someone to clean and wash dishes and the ocean right outside the window rocking us to sleep:cloud9:

Yes, where is our pirate friend???:confused3

Hope you and your son get better soon. We might be joining you on the August 17th Tortola cruise.. hope you get to go. Haven't booked yet but it seems that August seems to be more cheaper that June or July. Might also move it if a Med. cruise is announced for 2010 .... crossing my fingers for that one.:)

What's the tortola cruise?

We did not book. I will NEVER be able to get DH on a DCL cruise again. He couldn't wait to get off ( and this was about his 10th cruise). I'm hoping that Kaylie and I can maybe go with a friend of mine and her DD that's the same age as Kaylie. Her husband will never even step foot on a cruise....any cruise. I figure I'll send DH and Justin somewhere fun while we cruise DCL again. DH will go on any other cruise, just not DCL again. NOT for him! I knew that going in but he was quite a sport and did it anyway. But I'm certain he won't do it again...that's ok, I'll have a better time wtih my friend. Cheaper too, we can split the cabin!

I think I mentioned it already, but we loved the fishy bait too. My kids LOVED getting everything and checked outside 100 times a day. Kaylie and I did almost all of the delivering, she LOVED that. I think it was the highlight of her cruise. Thanks to you all, and especially Melissa who let me join on the deadline, and even let me change my mind from no to yes. It was lots of fun.

Might do the Tortola cruise on my own with son... this is the first time we do a cruise on our own but we have travelled a lot by ourselves. I'm tying to convince my sister to bring along her kids but don't know if she would like to travel all the way to Florida. My mom is willing to go but she gets worried leaving her pets and her garden. Will have to decide real soon especially with the half-deposit offer.

Did everyone go back on the cruise? Guess that we are all making up for the week that we lost. Hope that everyone is doing well!

Oh I WISH I was back on the cruise!!! I'm having serious cruise withdrawls!

Okay, so is anyone scrapbooking out there? I'd LOVE LOVE LOVE to see your pages!
