I think we'd agreed on meeting directly after the lifeboat drill....just as/before the sailaway party is starting, on Deck 10, Starboard.

That way, we'd meet early enough that families with little ones can still go down to Deck 9 and dance.


And yes...if you upgrade at the port, find someone and pass the word at Sailaway....or try to have it written on small pieces of paper to hand out.

Thanks for the confirmation on location. I'd missed the deck 10 starboard somewhere in here.

Starting to get ultra excited here. And i'm seeing John Barrowman in concert tonight (from Torchwood/Doctor Who and various Broadway/West End shows - hope someone has heard of him) which is super exciting because he's ace (shame he's gay).

We are planning on going on our own - there are 8 of us and happy to go as a group if we plan a place to meet early and head over to the ferry together.
We are taking our snorkle stuff and want to make an early start.

I'm checking with our sailmates, we may be cancelling our DCL excursion and doing this on our own. Our excursion is the 12:30 one and we would like to be there earlier and it's about $100 cheaper for a family of 4 to do this on our own. I'll let you know for sure soon.

Are you planning on using Speedy's??

I might try the lap top, but if that doesn't work, then I'll just have to read them onboard.

I think we may do the same (do this excursion on our own). There are 4 of us. In looking at what others have done in Tortola, it looks like they used Speedys.

Glad you cleared up which side is the starboard side...I am clueless. Though I am sure my DH knows, as he was in the Navy many moons ago!

Don't know if I am getting excited or scared. The day is coming up WAY to fast. Have got clothes out that fit. Need to iron now & take a quick trip to mall with Kaylah. Maybe Friday. We are planning on using Speedy's - as early as possible
Yes it is much cheaper on our own and more time there.
Let me know and we can arrange to meet in the am and go together.

I can no longer view the Navigators also. Since I'm now using a laptop with XP and Adobe 9 and last night I used a Desktop with Vista and Adobe 9, I think it might be a Vista problem. After I get home, I'll try again. If it's still corrupted, I can scan the Tortola one and link it . The other navigators are the same as the Eastern ones that are already posted.

Update: I can get the navigators to view properly if I open them directly from the link on the main board. Saving a copy or copying the link doesn't seem to work leading to the errors reported earlier (bad copy, insufficient memory, etc).

I can view the navigators on my desktop pc at work...but my laptop at home, I can't read half of it. So I am checking it out here on my break!!

Got my hair cut for the cruise today. I told her to go ahead and cut it a "little" shorter than usual since it makes it easier to take care of.
