I have a work cruise on May 10 and it didn't make sense to fly home for the 9 days, do laundry, unpack, repack and hope I got everything. We had the points to use so why not!

I've got an FE list question. I was looking at Stacey's list - seeing if i could reorder it for starting from my room (whihc i've sorted now). But notice that there's some extra people on Stacey's list that aren't on Heather's FE list.

Stacey has scrapbookmailbox (rm 2633) and Churchlady (2 rms 2583 and 2585) extra.

I think i found scrapbookmailbox saying they wanted to be in the FE exchange but can't track down Churchlady saying so (but i haven't gone back through the whole thread - just used search)

Does anyone know for sure either way? Stacey?

Or can churchlady and scrapbookmailbox put me out of my confusion.

Hmmm...could be I missed a post...have had alot going on at home and for some reason I don't get emails that I have new posts. That is why when I post my FE lists, I always ask for everyone to check thier own info!!! It is always good to have someone else double check Hopefully they will post here to let us know...I already have my FE done, and don't have anymore things...so I'll have to figure something out...no biggie...hopefully they can confirm it! I'll go back and look at my PM's to see what i have. Tomorrow I have to take mom for her shots, and we are still working with the dr's on the cath placement and dialysis schedule, so it may be a day or two until I post again...but I'll see what I i have!!

Is anyone doing the Baths excursion in Tortola?? I am looking at doing it and would love to do it on our own...but that makes me nervous...afraid of missing the ship if we don't make it back in time. Any thoughts?

We are going to try to it on our own since we are the only ship in Tortola that day,we figure the ferry will not be packed when we decide to leave so we are trying to save acouple of duckets. By the way on Stacey's list I of course am bringing my beloved Gail besides the two boys so I am not available ladies tough luck.

I didn't think I was participating in the FE thing, is that what the map is for? I meant to be on your list of who is going? I don't know that much about the FE thing. I also don't have enough posts to answer any one back directly. Please advise.

What are the FE rules?

I found this and also found an email from her stating she was going to sit the FE out. She just wanted to be on the cruise list.

I searched my PM's and didn't find anything else. I'll keep looking!

So do you just look for the ferry once you get off the shio...no planning or booking anything ahead?? Just curious on how to do it...or how you plan on doing it. No experience at all with this sort of thing.
I am hoping that your boys and my 2 boys meet and hit it off. They are really looking forward to the cruise!

Everyone tells us to use Speedy's Ferry just a 10 minute walk from the port. I believe it is $48 per person and includes Lunch and a adult type drink http://www.speedysbvi.com/specials.php. We believe we will have more time at the baths doing it this way for we are adventurist at heart.

Bill...I've almost always cruised on Deck 8, except this time and once last summer. Once in a while, early in the morning, if they are cleaning the deck above, we heard the chairs, but we're sound sleepers so it didn't bother us much. The rest of the time we weren't in the room for very long anyway. The extra space is nice, but you have to decide if that noise will bother you. If you want a nap, there will be noise from above, too. Sorry I can't help too much...just that I can verify that the noise can be a problem.

When I started my list, I didn't have any names on there, just the room numbers and the kids. So my story is that's why I missed some names....and I'm sticking to it!

This was the whole post that I looked at and "assumed" that Leigh meant to be added to the FE, because she quoted the part about "if you want to be added to the FE list, please post here".... Also shortly after that post, Jocelyn (scrapbookmailbox) posted their info and said "Add us to the list please"....so I did think they meant FE's....where it could have been just the cruise list.


I hope we get confirmation!!


Also, I thought that mssmith07101 had answered that they DID want to participate, but that they didn't have a room assignment??

i know alot of folks book thier cruise years in advance but that would DRIVE ME NUTTS knowing i've gotta wait that long to go.........we booked this one only 2 months out and just can't wait to get on the boat......

I booked this one a year out but because we had a 2 week cruise in November to tide us over and a couple of other land vacations the wait hasn't been bad I know what you mean though as when we haven't had something booked the time goes so so so slow.

Thought I'd post this really quick before we leave today....

I did send a pm to churchlady just to double check, they are going to sit out this FE as well. So do not worry about making up a FE for them! They are just as excited as all of us about the cruise.

Ok, so the confirmation from both churchlady and scrapmailbox are NO to the FE's.

I don't have mssmith listed on the FE page or "blue" on the cruise list (blue notes that people are doing the FE) So I will send a PM to her just to confirm !!!

Very well said...I was scared off by the fact that I didn't know what kind of gifts to get for all these people and the money involved...maybe next time (if I can convince my DH there should be a next time)!! And I am just not that creative

I did find this post, and took it to mean she was NOT doing the FE...will still send a PM...then I really have to run to the dr's...LOL
