May 21st Pirate and Princess Party!!!

I thought I posted already but maybe it was a different thread. We will be attending also, Me, DH, DD6 & DS2. I got the kids costumes off of ebay, DS will be a pirate, I just have to get a sword and DD will be Ariel but she hasn't decided which Ariel to be, Bride Ariel or Ariel with a fin. We are meeting friends of ours there with their little girl too.

We are stayimg at PO FQ following a 7 day western cruise then a 5 day stay up near Universal

2 Older Disney fanatics maybe...but we are so excited!

I'll be 47 (actually I'll still be 46 because the trip is right before my birthday! LOL) and DH is going on 45. We'll have our DAunt with us who is in her mid-70's. No kids this trip. So Disney World and the Pirate & Princess Party are NOT just for kids!!!

DD and I are going. We plan to dress up. DD will be the pretty pink and blue Pirate and I will be a pirate also just not as fancy. DH decided he is not going. He said he will stay in the hotel room or go swimming.

Well so far it will be me and DS 5, DD (celebrating 12th birthday), and DD's BFF. I'm really trying to talk my mom and dad into coming with us. DD and I have been to MNSSHP before and I keep telling her it's one of those opportunites they shouldn't miss. Considering my mom has never been to WDW and my dad hasn't since 1971!

I can't wait!!!!

Hi!!! I just found this thread. We will be at the Pirate and Princess Party on the 21st too! It will be me, DH, DS (9months) and my mom. We have ADRs at Tony's that night at 6:25. I am soooo not prepared for this trip. I at least want to get something cute for DS to wear to the party. Gonna have to get moving because we leave Saturday morning.

That reminds me - I've got to get my lime Mickey head's Guess I'll add that to my fast growing list of things to do before we leave. Seems like every time I cross off something I've done on the list, I add two more! It's okay though cause we're going to Disney!!! My girls tried on their costumes last night for the P&PP - they look so cute - can't wait!

Oh the lime green mickey head is when you go to Home Depot's paint department the have disney paint sample cards that have a shape of a mickey head in the sample paint color. Disers get the color "alien green". Or also the just carry something thats lime green sometimes they tied to their bag or wear lime green clothes to let others know they are disers.

Well looks like I may be able to spot some of you but you won't be spotting me! I don't have any lime green clothes and there is no Home Depot anywhere close to me to get a mickey head!
