May 2022 Resort Availability Question

We booked a reservation for May 2022, and now friends would also like to come along. Currently no availability is showing for our dates at All Star Movies. Can anyone tell me if we can expect rooms to become available? All Value Resorts appear to be completely booked for our travel dates for early May 2022.

No unless people cancel. They aren’t holding back rooms or anything, there is just more demand than supply these days.

Don’t forget Star Wars day—but yeah if that is when cheer is going on, OP may even want to consider moving resorts to stay at a different one with their friends… you’d have to pay me to stay at a value resort during cheer time.

I can't seem to find too much info on this except its for a couple of days? I could very well be searching wrong. Would the 3rd week of May be good? We are currently booked for May 1-7.

The cheer teams come for the championship but stay for the parks, which is why it is really a week even though the competition is only a few days. I would think third week in May would be better but who knows—hotel availability this year is nuts

I can almost guarantee rooms will open up. The room type and hotel they want, maybe not, but if you check daily, especially inside 60 days there will be rooms.
