May 2022 DVC Rental - What would be easier to get .

Looking at renting points for May 2022 (early May). Normally we stay at BWV and love it there. Been also looking at Poly and just watched a video, did not know they had 2 bathrooms in the studios. Always wanted to stay there.

Want to line up an owner before the 11th month mark. Would it be easier to get a 2 Bedroom Standard View at BWV or 2 - Standard View Studios at Poly. I don't know how many Poly Studios there are and looking at the Rent/Trade Board I don't see Poly points come up much. Is that the case- would Poly be really hard to get?

I believe both would be fairly easy to get at the 11 month mark. I was able to get multiple Poly studios at 11 months for the week of Thanksgiving.

Ok. Thanks. So just a matter of finding a Poly owner with points to rent. Hmmm. Will have to see what the others in my party want to do.

I’m the same. Looking at Poly Deluxe Studio for early May. 2nd bathroom (shower) sold me. Hoping for some luck at the 11 month mark. We’re between there & BLT. OKW is always a great backup though; love the floor space.

I do like OKW Villas but really like the location of Poly or BWV. Convenience is so nice and hoping most everything will be back to normal by then. Leaving on Saturday for a week at BWV - so may be nice to try something else.

We just did 10 days at my folks homebase, which is OKW. With 2 kids, 1 under 1, it’s the nice laid back feel I love at OKW. Now next year, I need convenience which is why Poly is King. Enjoy your trip!
