May 2015 which week will be quietest?

Looking to book for 4 nights next May, which week,will be quietest for school holiday in Europe?

there are French school holidays from the beginning of May up to 11th next year, and Ascension Day is 14th May, so I'd go with 18th May week .

Is this still accurate? Looking to semi seriously plan our May 2015 trip to celebrate my DD's college graduation. Right now planning to stay at Newport Bay in a suite.

Yes it is, UK schools are off last week of May (25th) so week beginning 18th will still be the best week to visit.
