MAY 2008 - Who else is going???

Hi May planners!
Just posted on another thread, but maybe someone here has some input too. I was wondering about crowd levels at the end of May around Memorial Day weekend. Is it really mobbed? We were there this past July (07) and DH swore that was his last summer trip (it was particularly HOT and CROWDED as opposed to previous summer trips) The kids have 5 days off from school over MD wkend would it be crazy?

Hope to see some of you May planners. We are going May 4-9 AKV. Can't wait for warmer weather and no snow. We love this time of year at Disney. The Flower and Garden Festival is the best.

We will be going to WDW May 11-17. Staying at POP. This will be our first trip ever.

We are going May 1st-May 10th we are going to be staying at the POFQ YEA !!! We have already started booking our ADR's and let me tell ya, this is a science that I have not mastered. I have come up w/ 5 days worth so far.......I am the type of person that enjoys planning, however, if it is a super day, I want to vedge at the pool and skip a park, afterall it is vacation ...so this is what my DH & I have decided to do, we will plan all the Breakfast and Dinners, but we will skip a park if we have too, if scheduled for a particular day, and do it another day. On that same note, we decided to get the parks done and out of the way and have a couple days at the end just to relax , however, we will be doing Wishes probably every night, except the night we do Fantasmic !!! Can't wait, the ticker is on .......

Man... COME ON MAY!!! I cant wait!!! Got all adrs done, KTTK tour booked, trip booked... just waiting for SW to release dates now.... Going May 11-17.... going solo! I've never been there 6 nights/7days... so this will be a great treat!!

Haha I'm doing the same thing...SW is releasing the flights on Jan 9th!!!

I've got everything booked too, ADR, KTTK oh and It's my B-day solo trip too!

I love when I buy airfare because it makes the trip seem a little more "real", if that makes any sense! LOL

This will be our family's first trip to WDW!! We just rented DVC points and booked April 30 - May 10th. So far we are staying in a 2 bedroom at SSR, but we are waitlisted for BCV and BWV. I'm keeping my fingers crossed, but will be just so thrilled to be there at any hotel.

How likely am I to get any of the ADR's that I want this late in the game?

I think if you make them soon, you shouldn't have too much of a problem. At least, I don't think so! I hope you get what you want!!
