Any ideas as to the rack rate for the Universal hotels in May 2008?

You can see 2007 rates at UO website...I don't think 2008 will be much more...if any.

Depending WHEN in May you go, yes. But according to this thread, http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1322866 , you are more likely to pay around $225 (incl. tax)

Sometimes the AP is better than the AAA rate, but not always. I believe in June the RPR was $2/nite MORE than PBH on the APH rate. Also, in June, RPR was about completely full, and when I called to get the APH rate at the RPR in June, she said none left/available...hotel was THAT full

The NICE thing about the UO hotels is they allow you to call and switch to a better rate....that's good customer service...imho

Indeed, as I have changed our October PBH stay from $299 to $229 at PBH for an APH rate
