Hi All:cool1: Welcome to all the new cruisers to this DISer post:disrocks: I have not seen where anyone has volunteered to do the roll call:dance3: for our cruise yet. If anyone would like to volunteer to keep the statistics of
1. Names-in party
2. cabin number
3. fish extender- Y or N.
4. early or late seating
5. Sail away on deck 110?
This info will help whoever is going to plan the meet and greet, wine tasting, and so on with a game plan for the WBPC. I am willing to help with this en devour of WONDER.party:Thank you for your participation and have a wonderful day. If anyone has a concierge room it would be perfect for a cheese and wine get together. Just a thought. And does everyone have thier tie dyed mickey shirts yet? There is a site that does just that and I think I have a phot of mine.

Hi All :cool1:
Congratulations to the Disney Fantasy as it was rated best overall cruise for 2013 by the Cruise Critic. The Disney Dream place number 4 in the top 10 list also. :cheer2:

I know there are instructions on DIS for tie-die shirts, but mine never came out really good....did you do this one yourself or order it? If you order it I would like to know where :)

Welcome to everyone who joined us recently !!

Well I for sure don't have a Mickey Tie Dye shirt. I can't stand Tie Dye. As for roll call I am going to stay absent from that as thing can change in a heartbeat and I don't want to keep changing the info. The only thing that won't change is the fact I will be on main seating.

I already have one sign up for the candy exchange! PM me if you are interested!

Here's a link to the Candy Exchange we just participated in on our latest, Fantasy Cruise. I only asked for sign ups in June, so a small group, but definitely something that was special!

Later on, I hope to see if anyone would like to meet on board for some Disboarding pin trading, chats!

For those who are not into Disney that much then nanny nanny boo boo. hehe. Stick in the mud. Have a great day everyone. :cool1::firefight

I probably won't be getting the tie dye, but look forward to the meet. Thanks for the info though. :thumbsup2

So who is gathering the info, you or Bobbi?:goodvibes

We appreciate the candy swàp, but we're flying and trying to avoid extra stuff, no matter how yummy it is.

A nice long cruise will be a great time for chats!

When you get the chance, PM me with your cabin number...I am keeping track of things that way!

Bobbi:goodvibes

I'm not on the computer that has that info, but I will PM you with it.

I too will be passing on the Candy swap. More weight in the bags. It is hard for me to say no to candy. Oh I am posting this from my iPad, is that alright?

I just called DCL yesterday & switched our cabin to the "right" side of the ship! We missed many views this year, thrilled to be on the other side in 2014:cheer2: People seem to be 50/50 on secret portholes, we'll see how it goes.

No candy exchange for us, but we'll happily contribute ALL of our FE candy to anyone who wants it:) We ended up with backpack full of candy this year, far too much for kids who hate chocolate. We're DEFINITELY in for t-shirts!

Welcome to all who joined this thread. Yet another San Diego family has joined this group, that makes a half-dozen local families :goodvibes Hope everyone is well and happy and enjoying the Summer.

What do you consider the Right side? We were very happy on the Port side for this years. Put us on the visitors center side for canal day. We are on the same side again.

I like Port side too for that reason, though we were Starboard for our first transit but were on deck anyway for passing the visitor centre. It is a lot of fun. Unfortunately it won't be a Sunday this time when we transit. There was the biggest crowd this last one with it being a Sunday and also cars stopping and people waving at quite a few places along the way. I am sure no other cruise line gets such a reception. This last time we could see Minnie on the Bridge arm waving to all the visitors. So cute and of course the children just love it. They get not much chance to see Mickey and Minnie etc in 'person' at all so take the trip to the canal. Makes your eyes water it does.

Funny you both mention that - you're right! (And I have a great video of the hundreds of people at the visitor centre this year...it is very special) As soon as I told my husband I switched, his first complaint was about crossing day! I prefer starboard when sailing north, but I forgot about the visitor's centre:(

The other great thing about Port Side is when sailing north the sun sets on your side of the ship. Since we both like to sleep past 6-7 in morning (Ok I like till sleep to around 10-11) we don't have to worry about the sun rising and waking us in case the curtains are not closed properly.
