Hope to meet ya'll and its going to be a lot of fun. This will be my 2nd time on the Dream and the 1st time for my 2 gd's (5yrs and 2 yrs), and the first time for df and her ds (5yrs)

I have updated the count and cabin list on post #93. From everything I have read we should have a cut off date. How does everyone feel about April 1 or 10 - 15 cabins sound to everyone? I think everyone has to have time to plan. If we find the numbers get larger than that then we could have groups. That way the costs would not get to crazy for everyone.

I will be asking for everyone's e-mail around the 1st of March so I can E-mail names and more info. I do not want to list the children's names or e-mails on the boards. Not sure what the Disney count has to be to pm, so e-mail is probably the best option. FB does allow us to have a few more options and files.

I think the 10-15 cabins is perfect and any larger we should break into two groups and if someone wants to be part of both groups that would be great too. I think April 1, 2013 is a good cut off date is a good idea. That gives everyone another month to complete their gifts and then ship to port.

Goggle docs is also a great way to create the list of participants then everyone in the FE group can put their own information into the document.

I have no problem with email either.

Thank you again got spear heading this for the group. It would be nice if we include if anyone is celebrating an anniversary, graduation, or birthday too. Maybe favorite character too. Just a couple suggestions....

I totally agree with Birthday's, looks like we have several. Also would like to include additional info. I had thought of Goggle docs and definitely a good way to list the info.

My GC have never been to Disney so we are doing a Tinkerbelle theme, sort of like the "Elve on the Shelf." She is writing them letters to invite them to Disney. We are doing the World before the cruise. She keeps telling them that she is watching and they better be good!
