I think we should rename this night the Magical Mayniacs take over Palo night. Spencer4hire and I have ressies at 6:30 that night and I think Laura001 has a ressie for 7 pm, too.

It's hard to find a picture of yourself when you're the family photographer. This is from last summer's visit to St. Louis, where Spencer lives. The boy in blue is Emilie's younger brother (one of the ones who's not happy about staying home ).

Thanks Laura. This was our first trip "Home". We are DVC members and this was Christmas Eve 2008.

GREAT photos everyone!!!!!!! 4everluvdisney, we were just at Disney World for Christmas too and we just bought our disney timeshare in December of 2008 at the new Animal Kingdom Villas. We will be going in July and staying at Saratoga Springs to use our free bonus points and going two weeks to the Animal Kingdom villas for this Christmas. Are you going back for Christmas this year?

We received the kids' passports yesterday - it took exactly 7 days with the expedite requests.

Last nite, I went to the DCL website and completed my online check-in with the new passport numbers and expiration dates. After all information was entered, I was able to print out the contract, which needs to be signed. This contract can be completed at the terminal in Port Canaveral, but it saves time/effort to do it ahead.

As a reminder, I encourage everyone to ensure that their online check-ins are complete. There will be a small check mark next to each person's name if all the information has been filled in.

Hi Fluffycat! Welcome Home We are using our free points to go to Disneyland in June as we have never been. As for Christmas, we won't be there this year but will be at BLT for New Years.

I have a silly question about that....so I've filled in all of our info, and it won't let me print out the contract. Did you give your kids charging privleges? That's the only way it will print for me. Any suggestions?

Hey Fluffycat and 4EverluvDisney. We're owners, too, at the BCV (because my kids love to swim). I love AKV, though. Such a beautiful resort. I'd love to own there someday, too (maybe when I finish school).

From what I understand, the website will not allow you to print out the contract until you have completely entered information for all people in all the applicable sections. The page should look similar to this (with all the check marks). Notice that I don't have check marks for flight information because that doesn't apply to me. Oh, I did NOT give my kids privileges at ages 6 and 9!! Nope, not my kids!!! They would break the bank. Also, my DW and I agreed not to let DS9 check himself in/out of the kid's clubs.

I have printed ours twice , we have no flight info either, but even with that it printed fine. I just wish I could remember where I keep putting it after I print it!!!

When you get on the ship make sure the DVC desk knows you are a member. There is a DVC magnet put on your door for you to keep. They give a few small things also. They have drawings also. The reception is usually Sunday morning. It shows on the navigators. Be ready they try to sell more points also. They usually have some kind of extra incentive. We did the DVC cruise in 2007 and the add on bug got us. LOL
