Yea we do have alot of work. Tomorrow Mike gets a U-Haul. We have some friends comming over to help too. Maybee we will get most of it done tomorrow , then we will just half to worry about putting it where it goes. Oh well. It will be a long day.

Hi Julie! Say "Hello" to everyone for me. Sounds like you guys have had a very busy day. Also sounds like Shauna, Mike and Chris are almost into their new home. I know that they were so excited about it so I am excited for them.

I've been busy today to. We had Angel Food Distribution at church this morning, a household shower at 2:00 and a funeral at 3:30. I've been doing laundry since I got home.

Have you guys even thought about making plans for the Feb. cruise yet?

Hello! That's fine. I know that you are going to be very busy! I'm so excited for you guys. It's so much fun moving into a new place. I won't be able to get on every day either. Let's just promise to keep in touch.

For sure we will keep in touch...I promise that. It may not be everyday that we talk but we WILL talk I am taking a break from doing the house stuff...almost have everything out of the old house (almost) then we will have to clean the old place. Now nothing is organized in the new house yet...we just have all of the boxes put into the spare room, but thats ok at least we will get everything in the house and I will have plenty of time to organize things while we are in the house

Anyhoo I need to be eating lunch and then bringing the guys some food as well. I will talk when I can again. Miss ya Gail and Merkie

Hello guys! Glad to hear the moving is going well. Keep up the hard the work.

I'm finally feeling better and hope all of you are to. I did have a little accident. I found out the hard way why I don't allow Merkie to run on my hardwood floors in her sock feet. I did and I fell and broke my hand. I am right hand dominate and I'll give you one guess as to which hand I broke. Yep, it was the right one. I am miserable. You just don't appreciate how much you use your hands until can't use one.

Some good news though.........I got the windshield on my car replaced today!

OMG Gail...you poor thing!! OUCH! I hope that your hand gets to feeling better soon. We are all moved into the new house but there are boxes everywhere. We are slowly getting things put away and slowly getting more boxes out of our way. But this is the slow and painful part of the process. Im sure that one day I will be done with the boxes in my house

Im glad that you got the window of your car fixed though...that is some good news. We had the cable guys come out today and the bug guy came to the new house and sprayed for us And tomorrow we should get our internet hooked up at the new house We are at DMIL'S house right now and I am able to get on. I have such a headache tonight though because I am pushing myself too hard. This is the first time I have sat down all day. I try to sit down but I find that I feel like I am not doing my part in the house if I am sitting down (although I am not doing my body any favors wearing it thin). I am still trying to fight this cold crap..Im going to let myself rest tomorrow i believe...yea I say that until I sit down and then see the stack of boxes staring at me asking me why they are still sitting there...(yea Im so tired and delusional that boxes are talking to me)

I am not sure if I am making sense tonight or not...due to my headache and not being able to think straight. How is everyone else doing tonight? Anyone want to come and empty boxes

You poor thing. I hate that you are still sick. What ever this is, it's hard to get rid of, isn't it? I did two full rounds of antibiotics before I finally got rid of. Two days, I didn't even feel like getting up and getting dressed. It was aweful. Hope you feel better soon.

I'm glad you are in your house. Everything will eventually get put away. Or maybe not!!!!!! Merkie and I moved in here three years ago, and I still have boxes up stairs that have not been unpacked. I labeled all the boxes and unpacked the most important stuff first. By the time I got to these boxes I was tired of unpacking and put them upstairs promising myself that I would do them "next weekend". Three years later, they're still up there. I'm sure you'll do better than me.

My hand feels better now. It's not in a normal cast. It's in a splint and bandage. The doctor said a couple weeks should be all it needs. It's just a fracture and he doesn't want me to move my fingers until it gets a good start a healing. It's just really aggrevating not being able to use my hand. I can't write. I am typing with one finger and that being my with my left hand. I can't wait to get this off.

How are Mike and Chris? I hope they're doing well. Tell them I said "Hello!"

Hi all. Oh my, we havnt had computer since Shauna and Mike moved so I couldnt check everything. Mike just informed us that he just hooked up the cable so we will have the internet . We are gonna eat first though. So Tazgirl should be on soon.

Oh my gosh. That is a understatement. Im getting old, I cant handle all this work. Shauna and Mike is moved in and trying to delete boxes but it is taking time. I started washing cloths today ( amonst other things) and Im not finished yet.One day everything will get done. At least we have internet now. Shauna was to tired to get on tonight. Maybee tomorrow.

Tell Shauna I said thanks for the info on Vegas. I was leaning toward Excalibur because of the location, so I guess that's where we will stay.

I couldn't imagine Chris being anything but an angel!!!!!!

My hand is not really hurting now. It's in a brace and wrapped up in a bandage. The problem is that all four fingers are wrapped up to, so I really can't use my right hand at all. It is driving me crazy. I can't write, type or anything. I'm useless at the office. Doris, my secretary, asked if she could take vacation until my hand gets better.

Glad you guys are getting good weather. We have been having overnight lows down in the high 20s and daytime highs in high 50s and low 60s. After the cruise, we left Florida inthe 80s and twelve hours later pulled into our driveway and it was 44 degrees, Every time we stopped for food or gas on the way up it was colder.


Tonight we are in Johnson City, TN. Merkie wanted to come down shopping so we drove down tonight, will shop tomorrow and go back home tomorrow night. She really needs some new jeans, etc. She has outgrown all her winter clothes over the summer.

Oh my goodness. Because of this cruise Shaunas hubby just got a text from his travel agent that said he can get more Disney cruises for really cheep so we might be planning another one after this one. Yaaaa Oh my gosh, we are gonna be busy.

I saw that. It said anyone sailing between Jan1 and Mar 31 can sail at later dates for $99 per person. I think it's the Feb cruise that is getting you the cheaper cruises. I'm soooooooo jealous. But, I am happy for you guys. You will all need the vacation time to rest up from all this work you guys are doing right now.

We made it home from shopping. Merkie found all the things she went for and it was a really pleasant trip.
