Hello, We are booked on this cruise. It will be me (Beth) and my DH (Steve). We have twin daughters who are in first grade but we are leaving them at home to stay with their Gram. We plan on cruising with them on the Dream in August, so this will be an adults only cruise for us to check out everything on board!

We are on deck 6 too! My DS is 7 (turning 8 during the cruise!).

He'll be glad there are kids close to his age!

Paid last Sunday! Have all our spending money + some already saved. We have Loonie and Toonie Coins up here and I have been throwing them in a drawer for the past year.... needless to say, I have saved a small fortune!!! Have almost 1/2 for our Oct trip too!

You WILL be addicted post-cruise LOL Best to save and be prepared to book on the boat than to miss out on the onboard booking perks.

I am home sick hopefully just a sinus infection, but I have a fever, which means I really can't go to work. (Can't really get around elderly folks when contagious.)

So in my sinus-drug induced stupor, I had an inspiration. I know what I am going to make for the FEs! Yea! Don't worry, it has nothing to do with cough drops, cough syrup or mucus

I am checking up and getting an estimate of how many I'll need to make. Now, the bouncy smilies are making my head hurt...back to bed with me.

I think a meet and greet may be fun, but may be hard to find a time that world work for everyone. I must say that I am super depressed about the cruise now. Why you ask? Well we are booked on deck 5 aft. Yep, right above the night club that won't let your sleep unitl say, oh, 2 am!!!! I don't even like to think about it. Don't even know if I should tell my family that is traveling with us. Act dumb, maybe. I don't know. I know they will be raising cain about it and well I probably won't blame them. Well, does anyone else know of others that are blessed to be sailing deck 5 aft?

I know that DCL's website has no availability in May, but my Mom and Dad said that there was availability on Vacations to Go (which is like a last minute travel type website.) I bet we see more rooms open up as the cancellation date approaches.

Hopefully, the rooms won't be too loud. It sounds like from TRs so far, people around the elevators haven't heard much noise. Maybe the rooms are sound-proofed better? You can hope...or bring lots of ear plugs!
