Planning on staying onsite May 19-20 so we will have the fotl access. Going to Universal Studios Saturday, and IOA Sunday. The Gradventure Middle school thing is Friday the 18th. Does that usually effect crowds for the weekend. Any idea what crowds will be like that weekend.

since you are staying onsite and using the express lines, you shouldn't have any worries about crowds for rides and shows.

the only lines could be the RR if you get there when the skool kids do.

I will try to answer your question. My family and I went to Universal this past May 13-15(middle school grad night was 13). On Friday the 13th, IOA was very crowded and hard to navigate. All of the rides and walkways were crowded. By the time Saturday rolled around, the crowd had gone down considerably. We could gain access to Harry Potter by lunch with 30 min wait for FJ. By Sunday, lines and the crowds were gone and we did not even really need our front of the line pass.
