May 18, 2013 Magic EBTA Part Two - From Tejas to España

That's a good idea for the dates to be on the back :)

Yeah they come out really well. These are the two I've done before

I went for a t-shirt this time as the polo shirts are quite expensive. :)

More incentive to join a mileage program! :thumbsup2
Good point!

I agree. We used miles for all of our flights this trip.

So, I took the plunge and booked one of the 7 night Southern Caribbean itineraries. Originally booked September but changed to October. The rates were not that bad and I've never been to any of the ports except San Juan. :)
:cool1:
I've just ordered our T shirts for embarkation day. Thanks to whoever mentioned tagxedo and Mickey head shapes, which gave me the inspiration for the front, and thanks to Mandy for sharing the artwork that I used for the back.

EDIT: Actually I think credit for the logo on the back should go to Val shouldn't it?

Love this! Can I steal it? (I'm a bit serious. If you say no, I don't mind.)

Anyone know where the Wonder's list is for today's fares? I'm not seeing it . I see the other boats, but not the Wonder and I want to price out the Alaskan cruises.

Who did you order your t-shirts through? I normally just get iron on transfer paper and do it myself, but can be a little bit stressful waiting to see if I can peel the paper off or not!

Can I ask them where you get them printed? Loving your Baltic's one. We were hoping for a Baltic's announcement yesterday. Will do a Princess one in the next couple of years if DCL don't go there.

Thank you!

And I found the Wonder thread. I have no idea why I couldn't see it before. I guess I was just not looking very hard :confused3

Have you decided what you are going for yet hun? Booking anything tomorrow?

can highly recommend P & O Baltic cruise if they do it again (13 nights)

I got the T shirts I've just done through Vistaprint, which is the first time I've used them. The polo shirts I got done through www.printmeashirt.com and had great service from them - the Fantasy maiden voyage ones had some weird problem where the print didn't match the image I uploaded and they reprinted no questions asked.

Which P&O ship did you go on? I'll be completely honest we were bored on the Azura coming back from Norway on the second and last sea day. We were worried about this cruise, and still a tiny bit are, if we are being honest again!!

However, we figured that its a Disney ship so there is no way we can be bored! However, we are coming a bit more prepared this time, iPad loaded with favourite shows, favourite games on the DS and lots more books.

I think we might end up moving our 8/23/14 Fantasy to an Alaskan, but I don't know which one. DH is stressing about the Fantasy cruise and it's dates and he doesn't like that the girls will likely miss the first few days of middle school. Let's ignore that when I booked it he was fine with it :confused3. So if they have some somewhat decent prices for the summer Alaskans, we'll move to that. We won't have to fly, so the higher price should be sort of ok. I just don't want it to be $2000 more than our current EC. But nobody is posting prices for the cheapest rooms :rotfl: I want to get the cheapest we can when the girls are out of school, so it has to be after June 14th, or there abouts, and before the last week of August.

Thank you, I was hoping you were going to say Vistaprint because we are thinking of using them?

What do you think of next years offerings Wickesy, are you and your Dad thinking of booking anything?

Typical man lol. I've just had a look on another website for you that are posting prices but nothing there for an Alaska. Have you been on the Fantasy before? It's a difficult choice to make for you :)

We've only ever done two cruises in our lives. Both were on the Wonder going to the MR and we loved her! I am curious about Remy and the Aquaduck, but honestly, the new boats don't look very interesting to me. But we wanted a 7-night and it was decently priced. DH has work full year, but there are two times that he's busier than usual, early May and late August/early September. And now the girls are getting older, so taking them out is an issue.

Anyway, all that blabbing to say that we might just like the smaller boats, but I am also curious about the Fantasy, if we can afford her and the timing works. her mid-summer fares are pretty outrageous, but we'd pay those fares for Alakska as we wouldn't have to fly there.

THanks for looking at your other site for me!

you might be a bit bored then as it wason Aurora, which as you know is smaller so less going off. TBH it was fairly port intensive (8 days out from 12 days/13 nights) that we actually enjoyed the downtime, but we are a bit older than you so probably needed it more lol!

If you had asked me that 7 months ago I would have said we would be looking at either the Barcelona-Venice repos or one of the cruises out of Venice, but 7 months ago I met my wonderful girlfriend who doesn't like boats of any kind so this is likely to be my last cruise. I wouldn't swap her for the world though. :cloud9: I wanted to do one of the Venice cruises this year but they were just too expensive and I haven't even looked at prices for next year. :)

They look great! Nice job!

Thanks. :)
