With an AP, I will be paying $165/nt at WL and $254/nt at Poly. Don't remember if that is with tax or not. My TA set it up for me.

Yes, $165 for the WL is the total with tax. I'm booked 6/29 - 7/6. They even let me carry over my rate past the 7/4 deadline.
