Since I went to my Dr. appointment on Monday about being pregnant..they did some lab tests...
They found out I have a Group B Strep Bacteria infection. Yes it can be quite serious (cause death or deformity in the baby at birth). Lucky since I already was on antibiotics for 3 weeks, I don't need to be on them now. Once I get into my 3rd Trimester, I will need to be on antibiotics. Please pray that everything goes well...
(We can kinda laugh at it right now, cause YES I am a walking medical mystery...we'll know more the later on my pregnancy develops)

Only 2 days until I'm flying away??? I need it now!!!

We made it to Charlotte NC Safely!

10 hr drive today!! Wow! lol Only 6 hrs untill Daytona Beach!! WooHoo

We made it to Charlotte NC Safely!

You passed us up!!! Just kidding, I don't blame you at all. I would definately prefer a shorter drive tomorrow! Hope your weather was good driving today. So did you wave as you went by our exit knowing that I was still at work!!! I think I'm going to take off half a day tomorrow. I've been useless at work all week anyways!

Now off to print our Mini-Navs!!!

All -Sorry to say that we will not be traveling after all. DH went into the Hospital last night with Pneumonia. His right lung was very extended that the DR said he should not be getting on a plane on Friday. So... luckily we have trip insurance. He probably would not get out of the hospital until Friday or Saturday.

Have a wonderful trip and thank you for all the Dis Frindships in the short month that I have been with the group.

I have my new fake toenail, new contacts (for the first time), and my luggage is already in south GA, so.... we are ready to go! We'll be leaving town tomorrow evening around 6 when Adam gets off of work. We should make it "home" to south GA by 1 am or so. We'll have breakfast with my grandparents, then finish the 5 hour drive to the port Friday.

Hi all,

Well we too are on our way. We are in Buffalo NY tonight doing park N Fly. We are scheduled to get in to Orlando at 9:30am. I am getting so excited. Our friend came through with 1 day park hoppers so we will be heading to a few parks on Friday. We hope to make the 10 pm meet at EPCOT. I really want to see wishes so not sure if we will make it over in time but will try.

We stoped at the BP gas station at your exit!! We stood there, after getting gass, talking bout what we wanted to do!! We honked the horn when we left but we both feel really bad, we were looking forword to meeting you and jason before Disney!

Checking in from WDW. I'm up to date but instead of quoting, just took some notes.

Amanda - I'm so sorry to hear about the death in the family.

Belinda - I'm so happy you've got your VR all settled. This little birdie will be up on deck watching.

Sue - It's fantastic that you were finally able to recover your purse and most of your belongings. If all you lost was cash then consider yourself lucky. It could have been a lot worse. I know from experience how violated you feel after a theft.

Lynsey - thanks for sending out the FE list. I've not been keeping track of the latest changes.

Laura - I hope your husband is on the mend quickly and you are able to plan another trip soon.

I have a pretty important question for all you repeat cruisers - or anyone that might know the answer. We went to the Goofy's Candy Co at DTD and had a huge Rice Krispy Treat created. With all the food that we've eaten we haven't had a chance to cut into it. Will we be able to bring it on the cruise with us or do we need to start scarfing it over the next two days?

I know you can bring on beverages, but I can't find in the passporter about food.

We are having a blast at WDW! The rains stopped last night so we were able to watch the fireworks from Narcoosees for our anniversary dinner. Can't wait to see everyone on Friday/Saturday!!

It's kinda weird that all the dress up days will be done by Wednesday now, huh? So this also means now that I'll be having a Pirate Anniversary and my birthday will now be Nassau and Cruise Cas. instead of semi-formal. I guess I'm ok either way, but these were things I had noticed originally and now they're changing. We also won't be sailing much after GC.

Just stuff that was occurring to me today. I'm still watching to see if anyone has any great ideas for Nassau I'd also like to do, I guess especially since it's a sorta special day for me. The Blue Lagoon Excursion sounds interesting, but 40 mins. to get there and back seems kinda excessive just to hang out at the beach.

Tomorrow is Nails & Hair day. Just the basics. I should be all packed aside from last minute things. I'm a little upset that I needed to use the 4 bag maximum for the 2 of us to fit everything (a few shoes and even light sweaters take up lots space and made the difference). 1 is just the formal wear. I feel like I over-packed but when I really look at my lists, it isn't really excessive. Makes me wonder how many bags everyone else is taking.

It is my understanding that only sealed in original packaging foods can be taken on board any cruise. I would think that wouldn't qualify.

Correct me if I'm wrong, of course.
