Hi all

Just a wee note to say hope everyone is OK and is ready to go to our party at sea? LOL

David and me are looking forward to saying hello in person and to say thank you to the group for the work that has gone into the thread, and the various activities and the opportunity to get "to know" a few of you before we set sail.

I am putting the finishing touches to the things that we shall be taking on holiday and David is beautifying our garden so that we don't have a mammoth task on our return home LOL

We shall be leaving for our holiday of a lifetime on Friday 6, May so counting the sleeps...

11 days til we leave for Orlando.. I am so excited to take this cruise with my DH, DF and DD. This will be an awesome vacation for us!

I have 3 suitcases and 1 box packed... box sent already. I'm packing another suitcase today. Lots of fun FE gifts, Pirate costumes, shoes and clothes.... am I moving? Looks like it!

I am ready to get this party started.

I've been trying to remain calm, but that's over.... Last night I got this awesome Disney cruise line jacket with earbuds to wear on the cruise. Another friend gave me a gift certificate to get the new cruiseline pocket book.

Now, I just want to leave. Disney is 12 days from now and Palo's chocolate souffle is 14 days away!

I read your post & decided to check, only to find my name was gone from FE4...too weird, but i added it back...not sure if anyone else had the same prob? Oh well...

This has most likely been mentioned... but do we get a Pirate night when leaving Castaway? I got my awesome Pirate costumes to decide if they need to get packed.

Also, does anyone know if we will get to see the premier of "On Stranger Tides." I was onboard when they premiers "At World's End" the same day it came out in theaters.

We have decided to do the Dolphin watching excursion on our own. I dont mind spending a few extra $$ for ship excursions but this one on our own saves us about $200 (disney is charging us for the toddlers & they are free when booking on our own (plus each of the fares are less)......

We have arranged for a private tour in the morning up the rock to the caves, Apes, tunnels, castle, etc & it is $25E each- we have 4 sspaces open in the tour van & wondering if anyone is interested in booking as well. We dont have to fill the spaces & they might already be taken by the time I email the company back but just wondering if anyone else on the roll call might be interested in coming along with us.

www.gibraltartours.org for the tour of the rock- for the dolphins we are booking directly w/ same company as DCL is using just on a "non blocked time"

do you have tours planned already? most of the time I go with a tour company recommended on the cruisecritic board, disboard,e tc- but didnt find alot of info on Gibraltar. Everything looks really close- so we are mostly using the tour company so my mom wont have to do so much walking--
