Just started looking into possibly doing this cruise today. Looks great! It'd be me and my DS (who will be just shy of 14yo).

So, am I right to think that if my DS hasn't turned 14 by the time we sail, he's doesn't go to the Stack, on the Magic? He'd turn 14 during the cruise. He says he's ok with being the oldest, or the youngest.

Man, I wish it was IN 14 days! Your DS will be able to choose which one he wants to go to. He can try both and then decide.

So when is everyone going to start looking at flights??? I am thinking in June they will be released...I just need to decide what we are going to do once we get there.......

I would love to do the Baltic this year with the cheap prices but to darn expensive to fly now...

Also so bummed about the special Cruise right after Christmas we were booked on that and it got canceled......we are not going to do the b2b 5 night.....

Hope everyone is doing well and can't wait for this thread to get going...it will make the year go by faster!

YAY...one more year. Really busy right now squaring away this year's cruise. Will hop on board the thread when we get back late July. Looking to book hotel in Barcelona for an extra night and then Disneyland Paris for a few days after since we are skipping DLP this summer for more time in England!!

Hi all

We are just back from the 5th May Med Cruise and loved it so much we are planning our next cruise! And we have decided to do the transatlantic one

We are hoping to book within the next few weeks but we are looking at a flight now over from the UK to Orlando. We have looked and cannot find any flights for less than about £3000 for the 4 of us. Has anyone booked flights on here yet from the UK? If so who did you book with and how much etc etc.... TIA for any info. And hopefully I will be joining you on here really soon

we live in the UK and regularly fly over to Orlando - we use Virgin - we have always found them to be good. I know some of the airlines fly into Sandford rather than Orlando International.

I guess a one way ticket will be almost as expensive as a return flight.

We have to find a flight out to Orlando so we can do Disney before our Disney cruise - have to make the most of it - so we will be using our cruise to rest and relax after the parks

im looking into going aswell done the 5th may cruise and loved it and would love to take my daughter to a transatlantic cruise but have one question wondering if anyone can help im from Gibraltar and the transatlantic stops in GIbraltar before heading to barcelona do you know if we can bring our suitcases ashore here before going to barcelona and just leave the minnimum for the rest of the cruise

We are finding that single fares are more expensive than returns. however, Expedia seems to be a bit better value for a single and if you don't mind flying on specific days, Icelandair are about the cheapest at around £300 pp for a single via Rejkavic

We were onboard the Magic last year for a western caribean crz and I loved everything except that there wasn't enough days at sea !! This time, we are going just my DH and I. We are celebrating our 15th anniversary ! Our DD who is 6 is not too happy about it, but she will be fine at my parents !!!
