NC - I hope your DD does not have the flu.

Maybe it's just a virus like my DS had a few weeks ago. That fever hung on for about 5-6 days.

Nurse Jo - Where R U?

What do I do? Dd has headache, 99.4 fever, and one more dose of tamiflu.

I'll pay you in  's for your consultation. :rotfl:

I'm 27 going on 28 in March and my parents just bought GORGEOUS i mean STUNNING dining room furniture about 3 years ago that I'm sure they could not have afforded back in the day anyways. But they always put it off so we could do more and more together and then when I went off to college, they started looking, but I wanted to study in Amsterdam...so they sent me instead..it was always something else and that dining room was a playroom.

I remember playing in there as a kid and loving all the space, I remember all the trips we took together and all the fun I had in Europe (I eneded up going 3 times!!) and having so much. I remember that more than I would have ever remembered a dining room table.

The best part is? They have a set that is amazing and was well worth waiting for.

Great story DMM! And just how parents should be!!

BOO! I wanna go in May!!! Even though I thought it was too hot and too crowded, you all are going to have so much fun!

I can't believe we were there at the same time! We never waited more than 15 minutes for anything all week. Except Dumbo:dumbo: :sad2:, never again!

I thought the mid 80's in May were pleasant compared to the mid 90's when we went in October. How's the November weather??? I'm thinking about a January or a November trip in 2009.

::yes:: Yep, it's May 15! My anniversary!!
We are going to Cape May for breakfast and WCC for supper. :goodvibes

Anyone been to WCC??? What's good? I hear they have excellent milkshakes!

They do have excellent milkshakes! We love them! :lovestruc

I have had the roast chicken which was very good. Not as good as Le Cellier, but good. Also, had the skillet. Wow is that a lot of food!

WCC is one fun place to go!

hahah yup that 80s weather is what bugs me, it's really the humidity and the fact that I was enormously pregnant didn't help at all! hahaha!

We love November/December weather! Sweatshirts and shorts during hte morning, by noon the sweaters are gone and maybe jeans in the late night!

Hey~
Sorry i've been MIA- lots going on.

I'll try to help as much as possible...
NC.
Give your baby the Tamiflu, make sure she eats something and give her a dose of Tylenol for the headache. 99.4 is not high at all for a fever and usually you would see an immediate spike really high with chills, body aches, etc if its the flu. Hits you hard and fast. She should be covered with the Tamiflu for a bit.

Keep a watch on her tonight. If the fever is gonna spike it will be tonight. Any chest congestion? You get that too with the flu.
If tomorrow she isn't any better, take her in to the Ped and make them run a flu test.

I hope she is feeling better soon.
Let me know if you need anything else...

I wasn't PG and I was hot, but I didn't mind one bit. I thought it was more crowded than the last week of October/first week of November. The weather then was perfect for me.:cutie:

You know what I hated about MAY?? (Oh gosh, I feel like an awful MAYer for writing this...)There were these bugs that bit the fool out of my legs and i still have scars from them!!! Itched like fire.

Sounds like Belle's type of dinner! :rotfl:

Jo

Mari- I say, there will always be the car later on.

However, I Love, love, love Audi's!!!

We looked into getting one whe we were looking for a car for me ( we ended up with an Acura MDX) but the main reason we went with an Acura was because the Volvo and Audi dealerships were in Tulsa- an hour and a half from our house in Arkansas. And look- we aren't even there anymore, so it doesn't even matter!:rotfl:

Your baby is growing up so fast, and the look on her face when you walk up to the Princesses will last longer than any car will.

Just so you know, I don't know if the Audi's do, but my Acura takes Premium gas only. It cost $60 to fill it up yesterday. ugh. Just something to consider.

Thanks Jo.

I called the peds' office this afternoon. They said she may have a "touch" of the flu, but since she has taken the taken the Tamiflu, it should be a light case. They don't even want to test her as there is nothing else to do for her at this point but give her Tylenol or Motrin and Delsym if she starts to cough or Benadryl or Claritin if she gets a sniffle. We finished our last dose of the Tamiflu tonight.

Even taking the Motrin she is still complaining of a headache, and she is not a complainer. So that makes me think something is going on.

The flu is really wide spread down here right now. One of Chris's teachers told him not to worry about doing make-up work in her class as too many have been absent.

Now, I think I feel achy. Maybe it is all in my head!

:lmao:

I'm off to do some of this:

:happytv:

Good Night! :wave2:

I'm not sure. . . Maybe whoever gets there first could give the names of all of us and ask if we could possibly sit together or at least at tables next to each other. . . Mari I think your ADR is earliest maybe, is it 5:20? Mine is 5:30. You will have our names anyway because of the photopass share.

There would be ~ Mari-3, Shelly-4, Huggie-4, so there's 11, and if Sulley comes that would be 12!

Hey Ladies... this sounds like a great idea.. good for you.
I know it wont change the plan... but I wanted to make you aware so that there were no surprises.

When we had dinner at Chegf Mickey's last May with our entire group of 9, we were automatically charged a gratuity since we were a group larger than 8. I think it was something like 18%. And it was not covered in our DDP.

I so wish I could join you guys..:(

I think I had read this somewhere else. Maybe what I read was that tip was no longer a part of the DDP no matter the group size. We are not going to use the dining plan. But does anyone know?
