Good Morning Mayers!

Just reading and catching up! I have been out of town this weekend visiting the in-laws! Wow! You guys were busy! I did not have time to look for my keens! Oh well!

New Crew-

Yep! Arkansas! We lived there for 3 years after we lived in New York, which was after South Carolina, but before our current state of Pennsylvania.;)

Confused yet????

Happy Monday everyone! Whew! We had a busy (but fun) weekend here!
It is another beautiful day out and I am going to try and stay outside with dd as much as possible. I have to do a big grocery shop today too - we are out of just about everything. Im going to grill tonight, I love that we can actually eat outside!

Michelle thanks for the update about your dad - glad to hear he's doing well :goodvibes

Happy Monday Everyone!
I've missed a few days with you all.
But on the bright side- there are less days to now count down. Hope all is well and everyone is well.

Spent the weekend at my parents on Lake Huron, we did a lot of hiking and spending time outside, which will help get us prepped for WDW. When we returned last night we looked at the calendar and realized it's time to start getting things organized for the trip so I officially started packing this morning- pulled out the rest of the suitcases and the towels and swimsuits. And I started making my list of toiletries and first aid items i may want to bring.
I also need to sit down and clean off all my cards for my digital camera this week, so that I have as much room as possible.

Can't wait to get there.:woohoo:

Another nice day in NY. We are outside eating our lunch today. It is supposed to be cold and rainy starting Wed. So we are going to take advantage. :cool1:

On a random Disney planning note - do you know I bought a new swimsuit :scared1: on Friday. Well I finally worked up the courage to try it on yesterday and..... I love it! :woohoo: Hubby walked in and said that I looked great
So I won't be scaring anyone at the Poly pool (to badly) :rotfl:

You guys sound like us. We lived in Arkansas, Ohio, Texas, and now Arkansas again. We are in Little Rock currently. Where in Arkansas were you guys?

Tas, I emailed Sarah the gift basket lady -- she sent back some awesome ideas, both for DH and DSis and her family :) It's going to be a blast picking stuff out :) She told me about 3 different Stitch plushies, and I can't pick (Tourist Stitch, Hula Stitch, and Tower of Terror Stitch), so I think I'll get them all!!! :)

Yay! Glad she's able to help you out. And my vote would be ToT Stitch :)

Ok, Since everyone is sharing their Disney Stories. I figured I would share one. It really isnt a very good one because I am not a story teller.

So here it goes.

Last year was really my first year at Disney for the whole family. Dh and I had been to Disney when we were younger but I really didnt remember anything. I mean anything.

We had reservations for Crystal Palace in the very early morning so that we can get into Disney before it opened. So, we were running alittle behind that morning(we are always alittle behind). We parked the car grabbed the 4 bags we were bringing, the double stroller and 2 little kids. Isabelle had just turned 2 and Meghan was barely 1. According to my calculations we would be at breakfast right on time. So we start our trek into Magic Kingdom and and I say to Dh "Babe I dont see the park, do you?" He says"no". Then we past the turnstiles and see the Monorail and I say to Dh" What is that" He says " The monorail, you forgot about the monorail, didnt you spend so much time on that board and you never got that information. I said" No babe, I really just go the info on the restaurants and stuff. I guess we will have to take that to the park". So we get on the monorail with all of our bags ( which was way to much, we learned that lesson). Dh says to me " I cant believe you forgot about the monorail". So we finally made it to breakfast and we were about 20 minutes late. That will be a Disney memory we will never forget.

I still to this day can't believe I forgot you had to take the Monorail to get to Magic Kingdom.

Trying on swimsuits is my least favorite activity. One of my girlfriends told me last year to tan or a self-tan before I tried them on. So, this year, I did. I think it helps some. Tan fat somehow looks better than glow in the dark white fat.
