MAYers, i'm going to ask for your paryers and pixie dust, even though we don't know each other too well. My father is going in for heart surgery on wednesday. He will be off work from today all the way until we leave for vacation in hopes the if all goes well with the surgery he will be well enough to go with us. PLEASE pray for him and send good thoughts his way if you do that sort of thing on wednesday morning while you all are here or doing whatever you do that day.

then i get a call from our real estate agent, who said they have someone who really wants to see our house tomorrow. as many of your know we had recently taken it off the market and were planning plan b , and building on...ahhh!!!! i am ready to pull out all my hair!
so now after taking a cleaning break this weeek, i have to try and get it back up to tip top form in order to show it tomorrow, and on top of that we dont know what's going on with dh's job at the moment.

Leaving here at about midnight, and getting in to Dallas at 5:30 am, not even an hour layover before our next flight to Orlando, so it better be on time!
By this time of day (3:45pm) next month I will be somewhere at DTD!!

Shelly: Got the results today from my GI dr. I have esophagitis (sp?), which is due to the reflux. This is GOOD news, because there is no evidence of the "big C". Praise God!! I was a nervous wreck!! I need to avoid all coffee, tea, iced tea, caffienated beverages, chocolate, etc. and take Prevacid for the next 6 months.

Not only did he just get the job, he was offered more $ than he asked for! Thank you all for the crossed, fingers, toes, eyes and great well wishes! They are letting him start the day we return from WDW!!! So a nice calm vacation is in store for my DH.

Are any of the MAYers into pin trading? I was thinking of giving our GS some of the pins we have collected over the years and let him trade at WDW...do they still do this?
We just collect, don't usually trade (DH has all Experiment 626) but a LOT of people are into trading. How old is your GS? Some CM's, at least at DL, will ONLY trade with kids -- and they usually give them really cool pins
My SIL and BIL are taking their kids to Disney in Oct. They are confused and overwhelmed by the eating choices. The kids are DS 6 and DS 4
And they have the dinning plan.
Any ideas? What are some of your kid's favs?
If you are interested, PM me with your email address...I've compiled lists of the kids' choices at most of the CS, TS, and 2 TS restaurants -- the ones that have the most variety for kids, or the most unique menu items. I've posted them on several threads on the dining board, and quite a few people requested them. Kind of condenses the info, makes it easier to compare.

But one month from today, we will have had breakfast at Akershus, explored Epcot a bit, taken the boat to MGM, early dinner at Mama Melrose's for the Fantasmic Package, then Fantasmic, milkshakes at Sci Fi, and playing at MGM until late for EMH!
