Hello Mayer's, from WARM and SUNNY Pennsylvania!!! Woohoo! No rain, no cold!!!! (it's been a while!)

Hope everyone is doing well today. No packing for me yet....I still need to pack up my DS11 for his upcoming band trip first. Then once he's home, I can unpack, wash clothes, and repack!

Michelle, awesome news about your Dad!! Glad all is well!

Well, going out to get some food at the store! My boys are eating me out of house and home lately (I know it's only going to get worse!) We go through so much milk, I should consider buying a cow!

Well, I know you guys wear Crocs in the Parks. Is that only shoe you wear?

I have new Asics that I am breaking in. I like to wear running shoes in the morning and a sandal at night. Last year I wore either my Bjorn sandals or my teva sandals. I am thinking about getting a pair of Keens for this year. My teva's are worn out. Do any of you wear Keens?

I just bought a pair of Merrell slide sandals (the Palmetto style) and wore them to school for the first time today. They are very comfy. I'm bringing those and my Croc knock off flip flops (airwalks). I have a pair of New Balance sneakers that are comfortable, but I hate shoes and socks when it's hot out. I've never worn Keens, but I'm assuming that they are along the same lines as Merrell.

I just bought my DS7 a pair of real Crocs last night (after the Payless ones didn't work out size-wise and I couldn't find his size anywhere). He's very excited to wear those in Disney.

Ok, here is what I plan to bring with me.

1) Disney crocs
2) Ecco mary jane tennis shoes (I am so in love with these)
3) Chaco thong flip flops
4) Teva funky water sandal/tennis shoes
5) Clark's sandals

All but the eccos and crocs have super great arch support. All should be fine if they get wet though the Tevas and crocs are the best when it comes to getting a real drenching.

I actually just got a pair of Keens a couple weeks ago....They are awesome, they're the perfect mix between sandals and tennis shoes. My only complaint is the can get a little "funky" smelling, but I've been wearing them non-stop since I got them. They are waterproof, I actually tested that out and stuck them in the shower for a few minutes to rinse them off yesterday and put them on right after. They dried out completely after about 15 minutes.

I have arch issues as well. I have crocs and wear them around the house but it seems if I wear them to Wal-Mart or Sam's my arches hurt by the time I get home.

I tried another type of sandal at the Walking Company the other day at the mall. The shoe felt nice to the bottom of my foot but I had a bit of a sunburn on the top of my foot. The place wear the strap hit was right on the sunburn so it was uncomfortable. I plan on going back to try shoes on again. Maybe this weekend.

I think Merrell and Keens are along the same lines. It is great to know that you like them. I may try some of them on as well.

My dd has the disney crocs and can't wait to wear them in WDW. She is wearing them for school now so they may be worn when we get to WDW.

i picked up a pair of disney crocs for me and my dd there were no disney for my dh size so he got plain black crocks. i'm also bringing some reeboks that are sooo comfortable but i have to see what else i get i only want to take 3 walking shoes and 1 for if we go out to eat. i got my disney crocs for 19 on dick's sporting goods.. my dd and dh for 15 piece.... i did the 15% coupon and opened 3 seperate google accounts to get the extra $10 off each.... nice way to beat the sytem...

So far the little time I've spent actually wearing the shoes has been super comfy. They have a ton of arch support. The sole of the shoe is plastic and has slits in it so that water can basically go right through the sole and not gather and collect there.

Ok, personal question, but how do you get your feet to stop sweating? Is there anything you can put on them (thinking antiperspirant here!)....

I've had on my new Merrells all day, and my feet are sooooo sweaty! It's only in the low 70's here...can you imagine what they'll be like when the temps go up?
