My mom and I are going shopping for a suit case for her on Saturday.

Target in Butler has an awesome luggage selection, if you live near there. Probably any Target does though! I got a great set last year right before our trip!

Yes, EMH's do bring out the crowds! I went to the parks with EMH's on my 2005 trip , no good - 40-70+ minute waits. In 2007 I avoided EMH's at all costs!! Never waited more than 20 minutes!!

But some people love EMH's because it is more time in the park. It's all in what you want I guess!

I'd rather have short waiting times. The last time we went we hardly waited for anything and on a couple of rides we didn't have to get off, they just let us go again

I love Target, it's my favorite place to visit when I'm killing time between school and my chiro appts. I don't know where she wants to go looking for one. When we got mine for my band trips we went to Boscov's I think.

We avoid EMH usually. If we do go, we go to morning EMH. We make sure we are there at rope drop. And we leave after we eat lunch.

Okay, so whose watching Big Brother??? Why is that girl Sharon that got evicted with her ex-boyfriend back in the house??? Did I miss something here? I could have sworn that was her on there last night with a different partner. . . I did miss some of it Tuesday night because one of the pres. candidates was in the area (Ohio) speaking and it was broadcast on all of our stations. Now I'm really confused ??? Huggie ~ JO ~ I know you guys are big fans, help me out here!!

TOTALLY NOT ignoring the MAYers, just been a busy little shopper.

Good news about all the codes and savings. Stinks about CSR- did anyone get a definitive answer?????

We have decided to *GASP*(!!!!!) repaint the dining room that I painted when we moved in! I love love love the color that it is, BUT, it has a cool blue undertone and everytime I walk in there, I say "this color does NOT go in this house!!!"
So DH said "CALL AL, I AM TIRED OF HEARING YOU SAY THAT!" (Al is our painter) so I went and picked out a be-u-t-i-ful greyish-sable-ish brown-y color called "granite"for the DR, and I am going to get him to paint the formal (that's not sooo formal) LR a color that is a shade lighter on the color swatch called "eiffel tower".

Soooo, I am excited, because my entire house has warm tones to it, and these two rooms have been bugging the crap outta me.


Okay- I know it's short lived, but I have to go.
Ham, mashed 'taters and fresh green beans with homemade rolls for supper. It's cold, and i needed comfort food!

Well, I had to call AGAIN last night! I wanted to be sure that I had the upgraded tickets before we get there so I can plan accordingly. Got a very nice CM who said that yes I do have the MYW Visa package with the PH, WP, & More tickets! Great, so why didn't I get the e-mail??? She didn't know, but assured me that she would send one. And she did! But this time under special requests it says - "SPECIAL REQUEST: REQ FRIDGE-FEE PAID TO HOTEL" - HUH??? I'm not paying for a fridge! They are standard in every moderate room!

Maybe it means you get a free fridge?


Unfortunately not very many of my kid's friends listen well. It is so very annoying. My kids may not behave at home , but they sure do in public and at other people's houses. I always get comments on how well behaved they are. I just don't understand why people don't teach their kids to be respectful to other adults. DS8 had a friend over last summer who laid down under the blazer in the garage! He thought it was okay to play under it. What in the world??? He then came to me later and said that he was here to play with DS8, not DS6, so could he go away?!? After that and a bunch of mouthing off to me I told him to get his stuff and I took him home!

i'm snowed in today.... it's like 5 in outside and as i look out my window i see people sliding to work... not driving but sliding... i told my boss i'll be in very late and i'm bringing my DD.... i can't imagine driving to drop her off be at work a couple of hours and come back... the reason i cannot work from home today is Dumb me left the software we use at work i haven't installed it in my comp.... why do i leave things for the last minute....

Good morning!

How's everybody today? Lots of snow here. Most of the surrounding schools have a 2 hour delay, but we went. Actually it's just a lot of snow right now and it's slowing down, we should be okay as long as it doesn't turn to freezing rain. But they are saying that it might.

Mari be careful if you head out to work! And everyone else that needs to go out!

I think I'll just stay in and do laundry today.
