Well, I am an only child so this mass chaos (never controlled, lol) is new to me!!!

When my Mom comes up, she always looks around at the end of an exhausting day and says "i don't know how you do it."

I remember being pregnant with Belle and asking a lady with three older children "how do you handle it?"
And she laughed and said "you wake up early and you go and go and go and go and go and go and go and then cook and clean and clean and clean and cook some more then you fall into bed and sleep like the dead. Then the alarm goes off after only 2 hours, or so it would seem, and then you get up and do it all again.":scared1:
I remember thinking "it won't be like that really, I think she is trying to scare me."

Then the third one came and now I know she wasn't trying to scare me; she was trying to prepare me.:rotfl:

Going from one to two was easy-peasy. Going from two to three was insanity.

:goodvibes

Oh man you guys are scaring me.... my DD is like a little girl and little boy together....

Yea, I have seen the show - kind of reminds me of my friends who have one set of triplets, a set of twins and a bunch of singles. I have to find their Christmas picture - I don't remember how many kids they have. Hard to keep up!

hahah! Yes 3 is just crazy!!

Does anyone watch the show Jon and Kate plus 8 or something like that?? This lady we bought the pendants from is Kates sister :)

WOW they have a rather big family... we'll i grew up there was 1 older brother, 3 litle sisters and 1 little brother... in total there were 6... and then my DSis decided to have a baby at the age of 15 so it was like another little brother... we are a HUGE family....

i know.... i just called 3 different numbers.... they keep giving me the run around but i finally got through... i'm on hold now to speak to someone...

What happened?

Here is a pic of my DD this morning in the snow....

She is a cutie

I like that show. I couldnt imagine all those kids.

Jo ~ Michelle ~ 3 kids!!! :yay: :yay: :yay:

We didn't figure we could handle being out-numbered, that's why we stopped at 2!! Plus the fact that DH's family doesn't make girls! :lmao: We would have had 20 boys before we got a girl! :faint:

I think when we try for 3 we will have a girl too.

Oh boy that scared me.

So how is everyone doing today?

I just got back from a playdate, then we got home and went outside and played in the snow. I am so tired.

I'm making an Enchilada casserole. Easy and I can get the kids to eat it.

I got the recipe out of Southern living mag years ago...

I'd love some Chinese, though...
the weather is too yucky to go anywhere.

I hope Mark can make it home from downtown Pittsburgh~

I am ready to go to Disney!!! I'm jealous, Michelle! ( I also cannot spell, lol)

My next door neighbor is leaving on Tuesday, so you will be there the same time as her. she is only doing two days in the parks, I think she is going to MK on Wed and EP on Friday...

Mark just called to say that the "Girls gone wild" bus is parked outside of his building, that they are in the bar underneath his work.

Hum, I wonder if he's really going to the gym, like he said he was ....;)

and here I am, Momma gone wild, at home making a boring Enchilada casserole.
I'm afraid I just can't compete...

Easy Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 (19-ounce) can enchilada sauce
1 (16-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can diced tomatoes with jalapenos
1 (11-ounce) can Mexican-style corn, drained
1 teaspoon fajita seasoning or chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 (10-ounce) package 6-inch corn tortillas
3 cups chopped cooked chicken*
3 cups (12 ounces) shredded Mexican four-cheese blend

Preparation
Saute onion in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until tender. Stir in next 6 ingredients. Reduce heat to low, and cook, stirring often, 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Spoon one-third of sauce mixture in bottom of a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Layer with one-third of tortillas, half of chicken, and 1 cup cheese. Repeat layers with one-third each of sauce mixture and tortillas, remaining chicken, and 1 cup cheese. Top with remaining tortillas, sauce mixture, and 1 cup cheese.

Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Prep: 15 min., Bake: 20 min.

*2 pounds lean ground beef, cooked, may be substituted.

It calls for corn tortillas but I use the flour instead, because the kids don't care for the corn.

I have also tried the low carb, wheat ones that have around (!) 14 grams of fiber in them, but it wasn't as good.
