My family and I will be on this cruise next week. It will be me, my hubby and my 4-year-old son. We look forward to seeing everyone onboard. I really wish I had found this board sooner! We booked this cruise almost a year ago. The fish extender exchange sounds like fun. We leave home a week from tomorrow. So excited!!!!!!

GRAND CAYMAN DOLPHIN SWIM/ENCOUNTER!

Hi fellow cruisers! Thanks to MyssMinerva for sharing her details with us there are a couple more families that are going to take advantage of the dolphin swim/encounter. You can find more info at this link, but kids 12 and under swim free with adult, 100% refund if the ship does not dock, secure spot with cc, but charged upon arrival (50% charge if you are a no show). In addition, transportation to and from port is included in the price and the excursion is from 12-2. If you are interested in doing this please let us know asap so we can all link reservations for the discount (or figure out how they would do it). Thank!!

Does anyone know if you can still drop off pillowcases (or picture mats, etc.) and markers with guest services so they can send them around to be autographed during the cruise? I saw this tip on Cruise Critic and was going to try it if they are still doing it.

Yep you sure can! They do limit it to two per cabin now I think (Unless you have more children from what I am told)!

Well it happened.....the dream...wait, no, the nightmare that we missed the ship! Then I woke up and had a sigh of relief knowing we are flying in a few days before and taking DCL transfers. I hope I am not tortured with these types nightmares for the next week LOL. Oh the other hand, we leave in 8 days!! Wooohooo.

I couldn't stay focused at work today - kept thinking about the cruise. Soooo, I decided to take a quick peak at the boards,,,then I saw your post. Broke out into hysterical laughter! I have had the same kind of dream in the past. Will likely not get any sleep the night before we leave, because I will be too worried about oversleeping the next morning.

Well I'm post bombing now. Sorry!! But I just pulled out the suitcases, and I have an errand to get a bunch of 1s at the bank tomorrow, confirmed the pet sitters, put our farm produce delivery on hold for two weeks... that means the cruise is close!!!!! Also depending on how the kids meet up goes on the first sea day... if its easy to get aquainted or just crazy, we have one of those mondo verandah's we could even do it there. It's something like 18 feet by 10 feet... with extra chairs.

Also, the Fish Extender list is closed, but we can add you as an optional participant if you want to distribute gifts and if those on the list have extras they can put in your Fish Extender. Just let us know.

Are you from Bethleham PA? My dad grew up there and went to Lehigh. His ancestors (Bucheckers, Hellers, and Sells) settled in the ABE area in the mid-1700s. My dad was the first one to marry out of the Penn-Dutch.

Four more work days for me!! We are flying down next Friday morning, spending the day at MK, staying CL at the CR, and then setting sail with all you great fun people!!!

6 days until we fly down (but it is late). Then off to Disney for two days before heading to the port


We are staying at the Hyatt the night before...I know there are some other families that are as well. When you all arrive? We will spend a half day on friday around Disney then check in at the Hyatt early afternoon and probably hang by the pool or something.
