So you probably remember Boyz II Men, Bob Saget, and the premiere of Twice Charmed.. . . We were lucky enough to be on the inaugural crossing and just couldn't pass up the chance to do it again.

We saw an amazing movie last night - Juno.
We had passes for a free screening. We think it is probably the best movie we saw this year. I was afraid a movie about teen pregnancy would end up being more of an afternoon special but it was very funny - not in a raunchy way. The girl who plays the title character is an amazing actress!
We'll be there. Love the chilled mango soup.so who is going to Parrot Cay upon boarding?
Hi everyone!! I feel so bad that I haven't caught up...just doing these drive by posts. I'm in Minneapolis with my sister tonight, staying at the Westin. We will drive to Alexandria (about 2 1/2 hours north) tomorrow to visit our Grandmother. Just fly up to say hi, nervous she might not make it through the recovery of her hip surgery (she's 98).
So what is up with the Villa??? I love the sound of it, but not sure what it is about. We usually make a reservation at a hotel at the ports, try to get a day rate but sometimes can't. I love hanging out at hotel pools. I can try to catch up, but am afraid I might not be able.
I'm sure I'm missing tons...but did see that Lisa's DFIL had surgery. Hope all is well. And Marilyn is back. Yeah! And Deb states that Noel is right about something, which isn't surprising because I find her always right! And I know there is so much more....I'm sorry I can't keep up. With the holidays, work, family, parties....you all know! So excited we can start to discuss excursions! So what is the deal with the villa?? Lisa

That's terrible customer service!I am a little ticked....I won something on ebay which I plan on giving to the Aruba jeep peeps and I asked the seller at the end of the auction if they had more. NO was the answer. My auction ended Tuesday and now this same seller listed the same item again, when they told me no, they didn't have any more.
OK....I think I said 2 hours ago that I was heading to bed. Oops! This time I'm really going! My morning alarm will be trying to wake me up in a few very short hours. Goodnight all!
Holly & Deb-
Thanks for the info! And the wishes regarding my Grandmother. I love the idea of the villa. Is there just one? Yikes...wish I was in a suite now more than ever! Lisa
I think I just have too many memories in there and there's no room left!!! I wish we could just buy more memory like we can with our computers!!!

Ok got to go finish up so I can get out of here....
to all!
Checked out a couple of excursions just now...
Anybody want to go in on that private villa in Cabo? Wonder how much that puppy costs?
I'm looking at the Shopping, Flavors & Traditions in Acapulco....any excursion that takes place in a restaurant can't be all bad!
Maybe the Puerto Vallarta City Tour...just wish one could cancel at the last minute based on weather....I'm such a heat/humidity weannie.
Aruba (if I don't SNUBA) might be the DelPalm Island Beach & Snorkeling...has a good lunchon that one!
Cabo needs more research...Nikki Beach or the Pool at Finisterra Resort?
Or maybe on my own...to lunch at a wonderful place Peggy recommended that I can't remember the name of right now....SENIOR MOMENT.
A visit to cruisecritic is in order, I think.
to all...time to head home.
I wish! Flight schedules just never seem to work out right to get us to MCO before noon. Hopefully this year we'll be able to find a better schedule. Haven't looked at flights yet.
No change in DFIL. The artifical heart is still keeping him alive and the venilator is still breathing for him. He looks terrible. His eyes are black, like he has two black eyes from being in a fight. His entire body is swollen, his hands are just huge. His color is terrible.
I stayed with him for about a half an hour. He has a private nurse. She said the best thing we can do from him right now is to leave him alone to get better.
Visits are only for very short times and no one but us can come into the CVICCCU (Cardio Vascular Intesive Critical Cardiac Care Unit). Two of Frank's friends are Philipinno and they snuck into the unit...can you imagine? The nurse told me she escoted them out and told them not to come back.
The nurse said where last night he was not stable at all....now he is much more stable. He is "critically Ill" but "stable".![]()
Good night. I am getting up at 5am to take Vanessa to an Exchange Field Trip to NY. (just need to drop her about 1 hour from our house) It was so funny because I told her I needed to check my e-mail to make sure the trip was not cancelled. She was like "why in the world would it be cancelled" and I said "It is snowing like crazy in NY" ... she laughed (being from Norway) ..... she has never heard of anything being cancelled becasue of snow!!![]()

I need to make myself a fish extender I guess....I would just buy one, but Mickey is one I am not that huge a fan of.
