I vote for your sanity that we wait until Feb and have a solid go list. It would be hard to have to fill in and fill up if people drop out and that doesn't seem like you should be in that spot. My .20 cents.

Nan

Ditto!

Toledo and Cincinnatti are not Northeast and central Ohio, Columbus, Cleveland and Canton, the cradle of the NFL, and where HS football games attract 20,000 fans.

Never have been able to get into NFL.

Not just for your sanity, but ours too . . . I have no idea how many "gifts" we would need to get, as this cruise has seemed to go up and down like the stock market.

Never have been able to get into NFL.

When you grow up in the city with the Pro Football Hall of Fame, and with a team like the storied Cleveland Browns only an hour away, the NFL is second nature.

I have to say though, when Modell moved the Browns to Baltimore, I almost completely gave up on the NFL for those four years. My pro sport I cannot get into until the playoffs is the NBA.

Packed a month ahead?????

Are you sure you are not named Lisa? (you know who I mean)

We pack and do laundry the night before. No sense of urgency here until 48 hours before departure. Keep that in mind Penny next May.

That month is normally in the middle of winter and the suitcase usually has more room then my drawers, lol. I never clean them out, I have bins of clothes that I should have thrown out years ago, haven't done it. Can't be less like Lisa, lol. I have plans to get to the buckets someday, right now they aren't in the way so why bug them,:rotfl2:

For next May I am now looking at a direct flight that leaves Buffalo at 3:30pm and gets to MCO at 6:40 so I will be packing the morning of the flight, I won't have to leave the house until 11:30 am, I can sleep in, :woohoo: . Might have to hand off funds to V for dinner/snacks at the Villa, as I am suppose to cover that, so she can pick stuff up on the way over from her house to WDW.

We had a blast at the haunted house! Here's a pic of Tyler at the entrance. Nothing great about the pic, he just wanted his picture taken with Frankenstein.

I think this is smart all around. I think it was Linda, Seaulater, who was putting together a list with everyone that is a part of us. It would be good to have that and then we have an idea how many people will have a fish extender.

I think 12 weeks should be enough time to order most things. So as soon as that final payment is done, we will finalize the teams. :yay: I'm so excited about this trip!

Our big debate right now is whether to do the direct flight from SFO - MCO or do a connecting. For our family of 6, it is a difference of $1600. That seems like a lot. So I think we will do the connecting. Any input? $1600 could buy a lot of DODs!

I did get my mini gift for other Diser's on my Halloween cruise done, it is a fridge magnet.

Printed 32 at 3x5 and will slap them on the door numbers I have, which is fewer then 32, although we have about 40 Diser cabins, but no number no magnet, I am not chasing anyone down.

I requested a brunch in the Palo private room, haven't heard anything yet, so.......but I was able to book a normal table for my preferred time. We are doing dinner on Sunday then brunch on Monday, lol. I really wanted to skip formal night in the dinning room and just eat upstairs so I am happy.

Lisa, go for the connecting flight. That $1600 could be an excursion or 2 for all of you. :thumbsup2

Those are SO cute! Makes me wish I were on that cruise too! :goodvibes

I just love how the Disney channel seems to be showing a Halloween movie every night! I hope they continue doing it until Halloween! :yay: I'm hooked!

That is such a cool magnet PJ!

Can you guys believe that Stanford is beating USC?

A 40 point underdog winning with time running out?

I bet Tyler had a blast! I have to look into haunted houses in our area.

We have that Frankenstein - it is going up tomorrow. The kids love it. When we first moved here two years ago, a lot of our neighbors stopped by and thanked us because their kids loved seeing Frankenstein everytime they passed our house!

DODs for all your closest DIS friends -- Cheers!
Woody
:rotfl2: I think that might last us one night with our big gang!

USC loses!

Could this be another week of upsets?

If #1 and #2 could both lose . . . who could be the new #1????

Oh, and congratulations to the Dbacks! Sweeping the hapless Cubbies.

How cool that you have that Frankenstein! There was a house on the street where we rented a house before buying this one that had 2 inflatibles in the yard for every holiday. We loved the anticipation of waiting to see what they'd have as each holiday approached.

Can Cal take over #1 with a week off if these scores hold up?
