Anyone else want to talk baseball?

Beckett's stuff was FILTHY tonight. The Angels could hardly touch him. Complete game shutout, the first for Boston in a playoff since Louis Tiant.

I wish I would have had the whole day off today. You could practically watch baseball all afternoon and evening - just like football on a Sunday.

Now we get to watch Lou Pinella manage the Cubs, and see if he explodes.

YUP, I paid $1500 for Angel and drove to Mass. to pick her up.

The good news is.........Angel is home tonight! YEA....I have really missed her....although Ella is not all that happy about it.

She's still my baby and oh my how much she has grown....she doesn't look like a puppy anymore. I'll try and take some pics over the weekend.

Deb, I'm so glad you have Angel home! Just be careful not to let her jump on your legs.

This was not my experience. We loved having male sibs from the same litter. They were extremely loyal to us but always had each other for company when we were not home during the day or if we went on a trip. They trained together, slept together, ate together and loved to both lay under my computer desk when I was on the computer.

We had an exceptional breeder. She made sure we brought sweaty clothes with us when we visited the first time. At night, she would put our dogs in a travel carrier together with our clothing. When we took them home there was absolutely no trauma as they were already familiar with our smell.

Our dogs were Cocker Spaniels. The breeder also bred horses.

Hey Everyone,

Sorry I haven't been around in a long time please forgive my abscense! I will have to spend time catching up on everything that i Have missed this weekend. I have been dealing with a wedding (my cousin), a camping trip, a trip to the Magic Meet in PA, a 8 night 9 day trip to WDW, work, and 3 funerals/wakes etc.

I hope everyone is well... I'm super excited now as my focus is on the Cruise. We aren't traveling again until we leave to board the boat!

We did book our hotel for the night before at the radission and we booked the shuttle to the port from the hotel so now it seems real that we have plans booked!

Just thought I'd poke my head in and let you know I have been thinking about you all just haven't had time to post.

Wow! Busy, busy, busy! Sorry about the funerals. But good that you got to squeeze a few trips in there too! Now it's time to focus on "the big one"!

Has anyone heard anything about excursions yet? I got a Passporter for $1 that had that information for the 1st Panama Canal Cruise so I have somewhat of an Idea but its 2 year old information and I'm dying to find out what they will have for real this cruise.

I am being really careful....thanks. I've got both legs wrapped, even though the Dr. said today that the left one can stay unwrapped now. YEA! Then I have long winter pants on....so even if she catches me offguard, it won't scratch the skin.

It's so great to have her back coz I've missed her so much.

Maybe she can pay for all of them and then transfer his ressie at the last minute. If ihe is main name, I can't see any other way around it. I always am the first on the ressie to be sure that if DH has to cancel, I can still go.

I would suspect they won't release any information until after the new year but don't hold me to that thought.

Yeah thats what i was figuring but was hoping sooner...i am a trip planner who suffers from Trip planning OCD. I tend to really focus on things until even after the trip is over LOL.
