Umm I meant on the africam. What part of Africa are we watching? I know Meerkats live in the Khala Hari (sp?) area. Does the area we are viewing stay pretty green or does it dry out in their summer? (Kind of like the way San Digo does...)

OOPS! sorry! No Meerkats. We're watching South Africa. It's just starting to dry up right now Not to long ago everything was bright green! We got to see awesome lightning storms etc. Even though this is a "natural" waterhole, they have installed a water line from the lodge to fill it up when needed. The elephants have torn the line up several times!

Awesome first night viewing for you guys! This is the first time I've seen the jackel stop for a drink. They usually walk right on by at a rather quick pace. Too cool!

Too many northerns in Va. Same with Fl. The Mason Dixon line is a fact of history but not the true north - south line to us that are really southerns. Nothing wrong with other parts of the country just looking to see if anyone is near me so we can have a dis meet like everyone else does. Do you want to come to Atlanta....anyone? Somehow I feel left out -

We have friends who have been to Kruger National Park. They went last year and really loved it the best of their trip!!
