:scared: Well, I can't access the Africam - not sure why - it says "server" error of some sort.

I did see the YOUTUBE video Bubba - thanks for that. Safety in numbers is a good lesson for the Buffalo eh?

Miracle is still missing...

Each day that passes - I realize she isn't coming back. I thank you all for sending pixid dust and prayers... I just wish I could move through this.

Going to see if I can fix the Africam situation now...

Jackie - I wish we were back sitting at the salon watching Billy and the boys - that was fun. Except of course the part about him picking on me - and making me roll my shoulder at him - GOSH that was embarassing...:rotfl:

I'm so sorry about Miracle. We lost our Kimba earlier this year. It was really hard. Time does make the pain softer but it still makes me very sad every time I see a toy of hers or something of hers and I can only imagine how you must feel waiting and not knowing. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Lisa

Peggy Jo, so sorry your gato hasn't made it home. Hang in there:thumbsup2 As for Africam, the camera is "down" right now according to the powers that be. Keep checking back. As for your last statement , I hope you meant SALOON, not salon. Don't know that I'd want to watch Billy and the boys at the salon!:rotfl2: It just brings a totally different picture to mind!:lmao:
Not that there's anything wrong with that! I'm just sayin'! IF ya know what I mean!:rolleyes1

Ages - 9, 7, 4, and 1 1/2. Our town actually had an article written in the Wall Street Journal about how many of the families that live here have 4 kids. I guess a little Utah in California! While I was pregnant, another mom from school was pregnant as well. She had a 3 year old and 1 year old. Ended up she was pregnant with triplets! So 5 kids under 4 - can you imagine??? No fertility drugs I think....just good old fashion triplets!
Lisa

OK Lisa, I was trying to be funny . . .

DH is the abbreviation for Dear Husband . . .

Hi everyone! We're back from our trip to South Lake Tahoe. We had a great time and weather was awesome. We even drove up to Virigina City, NV and experienced an old mining town...the town appeared to be preserved in time! We took a train ride which took us around the old mines and through tunnels, etc. The boys got a kick out of the whole thing!

Well, you all weren't as "active" as I thought you'd be....we'll see if I catch up even still!!!

Happy Dad's Day to all the Daddy-Os out there!!! :thumbsup2

Hey Lisa! Glad you had a great time.

I think everyone but me (who can't get it to work on my Mac) has been on the "Africam" since Bubba posted about it - rather than posting!

:lmao: I completely missed my typo and then your reference to it - I thought you were saying something how people in Utah have lots of kids...NOW I get it! :rotfl2: No "Big Love here!" Anyone watch that show? We watched the new Surfer HBO show last week. I think it may be on tonight - that was pretty strange.

Lisa

The Africam has been out all day. Hope they get it working tomorrow!

Hope everyone had a good Dad's day!

Sending pixie dust for everyone's pets!

Sending pixie dust to all that are not feeling well!

Hope I covered everything.

Oh. I forgot - Congrats to Brooklyn for her contract with Ford Modeling and for getting her 1st job. She truely is a beautiful 6 year old!

Glad you all had a great time! The mining town sounds so cool! Any pictures?

Beautiful pics Lisa! Thanks so much for sharing! I love seeing everybody's vacation photos. :goodvibes Your boys are such cuties. Hey, it's also nice to see your husband finally has his wrist brace off! I'll bet he's relieved. :thumbsup2

By the way Lisa, what was the deal with the Tahoe Queen? Was it one of those dinner boat rides or just a scenic ride? Why was it boring? Too long of a ride? Just curious!

hi guys, thought I'd check in to see what's up!

holly, glad to hear you had a good time in Fla.

Has anyone else seen Spamalot? We went to see it on friday night, it was absolutely hilarious, if you're a python fan I definitely reccomend it!

I'm listening to the new save Darfur cd- all covers of John Lennon songs, it's not bad, but who had the bright idea of letting Aerosmith sing "Give Peace a Chance"?!?! they might just have ruined the song for me, took all the honesty and earnestness out of the song.

Happy Father's Day to all the dads. I'm off to start the first night of two weeks of overnights at work...

Good luck on those overnights. I sure couldn't do it. :guilty:

Aerosmith singing "Give Peace a Chance"? Yikes! :scared: :sad2:

Congratulations to your daughter, and WELCOME aboard!

Well, it was supposed to be a "family fun" tour...2 1/2 hours with Tessie (a dinosaur that looked like Dorothy the dino from the Wiggles). It was meant to informational, which is was, but the speaker system was lousy and you couldn't hear anything, and 2 1/2 hours with kids is too long. We thought with Tessie there, it would make it more fun for them, but Tessie came around just once, so there went that thrill. It was also hot that day and we were on the upper deck (it was an old fashioned paddle boat, like you find in New Orleans). The sights were beautiful, but like my friend said who was with us, when our kids are happy, we're happy and when our kids are unhappy, boy are we all unhappy!

Mark has a removable brace now which is great....but he did find his wrist really hurt in Tahoe and we're thinking it could have been the altitude (???)...that's all we could come up with....we were at about 7300 feet or so. I'm already out of shape but boy at that alt. I really felt winded the first day or so. We were all laughing about how we all needed to get some exercise because after lugging our luggage into the house (it was three stories) we were huffing and puffing making our way for the couches!!!! (We went with another family, so there were 8 of us...4 adults, 4 kids.)
