I dont think we will be able to do any time before the cruise just the day before. I am thinking we will fly out on either AA or Delta on Friday.
I'm with you, I think we'll get in and out within less than 24 hours. I'm begining to worry about the kids not getting the sprinkle of pixie dust from our principal for them to go...seems we are in a fix. DH is on the govering board (BOD for a charter school) and the "new" principal is on an improvment plan after a vote of 1/3 no confidence from her staff(teachers) and she is a bit of a different type person and may hold a grudge against DH for his role in this situtation (not that he created her problem, he just did what any good BOD member would do and followed the charter to this course) so...just a bit of nerves right now.
Good morning everybody! Must have been a slow night here last night----only 2 pages for me to catch up on. Me likey!
Up early to go work out at the gym. THREE DAYS IN A ROW! Woohoo!
I'd say my motivation is true this time.
Congrats!!!! (next time force me to go by your brain waves heading west huh?)
OK....I'll 'fess up. I'm not against all sports. I'm clueless about all, except hockey. It's the only sport I will watch and used to travel to different NHL stadiums for games because I plan on being able to say some day that I've been to all of them! My favorite was Toronto because I also visited the Hockey Hall of Fame when I was there.
That's somewhere I definitely want to go again. I think Tyler would love it because he says he wants to play hockey. We play street hockey (but in the driveway) all the time.
eh been to the Shark Tank yet????? We had had a good team, San Jose Sharks in years past & a bit of present. An old boss had a suite...it was SWEET, private bathroom, couches, big screens all the best....that is the only way I've ever seen a game of hockey, I'm afraid I got spoiled.
Our friends went on MS for the first time on a trip with us. My family didn't want to go on (only DH has been on it before and he said once was enough, which to me means, I would not enjoy it). About an hour later (the wait was 10 minutes) we were searching for them in the ride exit area and still could not find them. Another 30 min went by and we saw some woman on a walkie talkie telling the other person to breathe! She heard us trying to find our friends and told us that the ride had broken down...her DH was stuck on it. Our friends were not in his capsule, but that explained where they were. I think they ended up being stuck in the capsule in the dark for over an hour and then about 20 minutes with the lights on before they were able to be removed. By the time they got off, both parents were pretty white (and ready for a DOD!

)and the kids were just chatty kathy's talking about how cool that was! Their "gift" for experiencing that...fast passes to go back on MS...which they quickly gave away
Totally freaky. If I read this story before I went in Dec '05 I would not have gone on it. I can fly a small plane, but don't get me stuck in that contraption again and pretend to send me into orbit.
(I flew little puddle jumpers in my former life 15-27 years old)
Anyway, feel like the walking dead after last nights pageant and I have to go have the big fight with my laundry. It has such attitude just sitting there.
Kim
We watched the end of Miss USA, I think I caught a glimpse of your cousin waving. Sorry she didn't win. But hey top 50 in our country that's awesome!
About that laundry why did you ever let it know you know about it's attitude, now it has you beat. I just pretend it's dead, then it has no voice, zero, zip nada.
I'm up and home with a migraine today, last night we did BAB with the troop, we retired and made a new mascot. Then had cold stone ice cream. Quite fun, but I guess too much on my nerves and now I'm paying for it.
BTW, the troop sold 3405 boxes of cookies! That's over 10K for Council and $1.7K for them. The girls all agreed last night $1K is going into savings for a big retirement trip for them at the very end. I'm glad they have finally seen the light in this. Every year they talk about wanting to save, but never tell us that they want to DO IT. With their mascot planning a retirement life of travel and bliss they all seemed to get that they will be at the end of their road with scouts some day. I hope Molly will be able and willing to hold on to the end and enjoy the fruits of her labor for this trip....she sold 1373 boxes, that's a lot of cookie dough
going to find some coffee and ask the dogs if perhaps we can go back to bed (they would not stop whining once everyone left for little league pancake breakfast here) oh yeah...it's opening day and ceremonies and Wilson's first game, I'm going to try to drag myself there by game time at noon come hell or migraine

(oh yeah I have that already...hmmmmm oh well)
I'll drug up and just pretend I'm not really in my body that's my plan, now to get a ride over there, as those drugs do not allow for me to drive....
