I just remember reading that the captain on the other repo would not release total control to the panama pilot last time. I wonder if that was Captain Henry. I think maybe because they hit last time.

White Merlot is very similar to White Zinfandel. It is made by not leaving the grabes on the skins (sur lie). And letting it ferment with a slightly higher residual sugar.

Some of these are not as sweet as a White Zinfandel and can be a very refreshing summer wine.

They are usually not very expensive either.
