Hope this works!

This is my 'little angel' :rotfl2: Well, she was once anyway!;) Becky, aged 18
It's about the only one I could find with her natural hair colour!:scared1:

She is so pretty! I love that she has such strong sense of self! If I had a daughter, that would be my daughter (I would hope!)! Lisa

Right there OCDing with you Nanette!!:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Karen

(karen, I'm sure we can secretly order the shirts and have them just in case we need them and not admit it to anyone...oops did I say that outloud) :lmao:

Well, aren't we all just a bit OCD...I mean we are already planning bunco nights, photos, etc for a cruise way too many days away :lmao: :rotfl2: For me....it makes me think it will happen sooner!!! Alas, it is still in the 400+ day count :sad1: :sad2:I have already bought several small things for the girls for the cruise...don't tell DH! :cool1: Good thing I have lots of storage in my office, he never knows when I do things like that...and then when I do bring it out...."Did you just buy that?" says DH. "No, I have had it forever, haven't you noticed it before?!" :rotfl: :rotfl: I say innocently.

:rotfl2: funny thing is Maz, her friend HAS dyed her hair red! :rolleyes1 I think she's stunning too, thanks, and am really proud of her princess: She's been through a really rough few years, with very low self esteem and acute depression and has come out a very strong young lady

I'm posting as i see - so I had already posted that she presents as someone with a strong sense of self. and now I read this. Whatever she has gone through, I think perhaps it has given her much wisdom. Lisa

I just had to post this one of Wilson showing him at one of his favorite places:
He is a go-kart racer much to his father's pride and joy (& mother's worry)

They go about twice a month up to Dixon, CA (near Davis/Sacramento) about 1.5 hours from home. He has been doing this for about 1 1/2 years now and is loving it more each time he goes.

Unfortuately, I just looked at the rest of my calendar for his season and I have a girl scout meeting on every race...which means no race days for me this year (bummer) but at least he and his Dad can enjoy their bonding time.

What a cutie :) He looks so happy and proud.

Thought I would post a pic of our family too . . . DS in this photo will not be with us. This was taken last year at Easter outside of church.

What a nice looking family. So, it does warm up there :rotfl: ?!

do you realize you just gave to travelling nuts a reason to come to WA? Ha ha ha! I've actually thought in another life I'd be a great girly party planner, but alas I don't think my hourly rate as a great bean counter would match that idea, so I stay rooted in my chair and help those who can't count their own money....
!!![/COLOR]

Well, I am sure if we had anything disney up here I could twist your arm. Actually at Experience Music Project they have a new Disney music display. Not sure what it is though, haven't checked it out yet!
So, just keep the party ideas coming and I will do my best to make something presentable for DD! :)

Oooooooooh.....firemen (wiping drool off my chin)! Glad everybody's safe too.

When we moved into our house about 2 years ago, we had some light fixture spark and heat came out of the wall. So we called the fire dept (much to my husband's objection -"it is under control" "there is smoke" "fine, do whatever". So next thing I know, these 3 hunk of men (sorry John - girl talk) come to my door. I didn't know what to do. Do I call my single sister and tell her to come right away? Do I ask them to come to a dinner party? What I am wearing? I couldn't think of anything. All I could say is "my son loves fire, I mean firemen. Come here Aidan. Show him show firetruck" They said, "Madam, do you have a problem here?" I say no, well yes, well, no my husband doesn't think so. Well touch this wall. It is hot." I was SO embarressed. I couldn't speak! The moral of the story: if you have a reason to call the fireman, be sure to call all you single girlfriends and have them come 9-1-1. Have your husband do the talking and just sit back and watch!

So wonderful to see your whole family! Thanks so much for posting! Lisa

Love, love, LOVE the idea of a sleepover not in my house! Of course I can't do the whole make-over session for my boys (well, maybe for Jack :rolleyes1 my Barbie loving 6 year old). But the thought of having a popcorn movie night with a bunch of boys in a place other than my house...I just love it! Thanks for sharing!
Lisa

One of my friends that helped with the hotel makeover party has 2 boys and did this at a different hotel with an indoor pool (both of her boys have winter b-day's too.) The boys swam, watched movies, had pizza and popcorn and all they could eat breakfast in the morning!! I think it was the Embassy Suites in Pleasant Hill, CA.

My DH has caught on to this and calls it "the aging closet"!! :thumbsup2 Before the days of SUV's he called the trunk of my RL, the aging closet!!

He's too smart sometimes!!;)

Karen

My GS who is 7 is crazy about jumping his bike on a ramp!! He wanted us to buy him a small dirt bike. I guess they have them kid size or something. NOT ME!!!
Sounds like he and Wilson would get on like a house afire. I wish you guys were on this years NYE cruise and not next!!

Noel

I wish we were on both this and next years NYE cruise...hmmmm that's a thought....:cool1:

Actually Molly and I were talking about how this cruise, Panama will be different than the last one and we agreed that both Molly and Wilson needed to find friends to hang out with on the ship. Last time it was okay that we did everything together (they only spent a few hours at a time 3 times in club) because we didn't know what to expect or what to do, so we as a family did it all. This next time I'm sure we will be more comfortable going on our own a bit more.

That is TOO CUTE for words!!! I want one for ME.

now that's a good idea, me too!

well I guess you're right, most of us did claim OCD as we signed on & perhaps why it's so easy to enjoy each other here huh?

thanks for the "hiding" tip... not sure how to use that in our work at home situtation, but I'll chew on it for a while.

almost 11pm here so I'm calling it a nite. talk with you guys tomorrow.

John,

I hate to rub this in, but it looks like the background of your picture in Northern California right now. Green grass, fruit trees blooming, sunny, sunny, sunny...:sunny: :sunny: :sunny:

It's terrible that I'm rubbing this in as I really am not a fan of it being this warm this soon. 81 today!! Ew?
:rotfl2:

Karen, wishing for rain...

Kaylee, Lucky you....DH will be reading what I write tonight at work tomorrow...can't use it, but it's a great idea!

just snooping before I went to bed....

"- JLDSMD shines thru once again snagging the 42000 pirate....Don't worry guys! Anyone snagging a pirate who doesn't belong with the group will have the post cleared. "

from east bound of course

does this read that if and when we take 50K they (lisa) will nuke that post?

am I becoming paranoid and OCD?:scared: :rolleyes1

First: For the second time in a week I typed a LOOOONG post with tons of fun and important stuff ( ;) ) and when I hit submit it went to a SIGN IN SCREEN!!! I guess I took to long checking my spelling, eh?

I HATE it when that happens!:scared1:
Sometimes, if I remember, I copy and save to my clipboard before hitting "submit"...just in case--but I don't always remember.:sad2:
