I like the mickey pool and the adult pool. Goofy didn't do that much cause you have to really look in there to find your kid. My dd liked that the water was warm and the slide. That was a huge hit!
I am really going to try to see everything they offer. We didn't get to experience that much on the med cruise cause we were always in port and gone all day. I want to play trivia games, see the shows, the parties etc.
I only did the first 2 deck parties cause I was sleeping or eating through the rest!

When we first booked it and I send email to AuntyBrat about our details name, etc. And we never heard from her that was last May.

She was on the disboards about her short story about Med Cruise. After that never heard from her.

Last night we watch the film The Italian Job as no time for watch Pirates 3 yet.

Just thought I would introduce my DH's and my traveling buddies. Chewy Too has been traveling with us for several years now and Sadie joined the family last year. We use them as photo ops and then I come home and write books for my grandchildren about their travels. Those that have traveled with us before I am sure remember the couple carrying around the two Build-A-Bears .

We saw you on the snorkeling excursion at St. Thomas with your friends who decided not to cruise the PC. Did Chewy Too and Sadie go snorkeling? or stay in one of the Clubs? Sorry I missed them.

Maybe there needs to be a MASCOT MEET on board the ship.

What a photo op that would be All the MASCOTS sitting around a table playing cards, or viewing the scenery or resting on deck chairs..... The possibilities are endless

Just out of curiosity . . . is anyone getting email notices of posting to threads anymore? I'm not. That is how I would get to the DIS and to our thread when I wanted to. I would click on the link to the thread and let it take me there.

I have not been getting them for several days now. Since they put the new server up it has been off and on, but now mostly off.

John-it's not just you. That's what started my whole nightmare with my old "LiserAnn" DISname. I thought it had something to do with yahoo, so I got the bright idea to change my email address in my user CP from my yahoo account to my verizon account...bad idea because apparently NO emails are being sent from the DIS. I was supposed to get an activation email to validate the new email address, but since no DIS emails are going out (or being rec'd, not sure which is the problem) I never got it which meant I couldn't activate my account, which of course meant I couldn't use it either. What a nightmare! So, my advice is don't touch your user CP and just remember what page you left off at last, which is a pain, I know but I'm sure you don't want my nightmare of being locked out of DIS. (I was telling Lisa Graves I actually broke out in a cold sweat thinking I'd never be able to log back on )

John, from what I understand many people's ISPs are not recognizing the new server info so the emails are going directly to the spam or delete folder. HTH.

Hi Lisa! (Thanks again for your help earlier.) I'm not so sure of that they're going to spam or delete folders either. My verizon account is hardly used and thusly it never gets many emails, much less any into my junk folder...and it notifies me every time something goes into the junk folder so I'm not sure what's happening other than I know I never got an activation email for that account.

I can't offer you help here, but I can tell you that you could have the flip problem about NOT going to bed. We have struggled with Molly on this for years. Last night she was up reading at 11pm

I love all the HP's.....have seen the rest of this, just must have been occupied the other hundred times we have watched it.

Isn't that the way it usually is? I take advantage of the time the kids are occupied with a good movie to get stuff done around the house.

I figured some of you on here might get a kick out of this.

In addition to Disney I also like to play boardgames. My enjoyment of boardgames led me to this great source of all things board game - www.boardgamegeek.com. It has a database of games that can be likened to the database on IMDB for movie buffs. You can get reviews of games, see pics of games, and even download the rules for games. It is a great source for information on boardgames of all types. And I am barely scratching the surface of what is on that site.

However, in addition to all the information on the games, there are also these things called Geeklists where users make a list out of boardgames with whatever topic they want. It is kind of an interesting way to talk about various games.

Anyhow, today while perusing the site I came across this "Geeklist" - 13 Reasons to Run a Half-Marathon at Walt Disney World. It was pretty funny with the games he included in the list and I thought some of you who are just vegging out today (or just like me and killing time before the big games) might get a kick out of it.

Love that: DISaster!!! That's exactly what it was. Acutally, it was a ploy on my behalf...I really wanted a new DISname to see how many posts I can rack up between now and the cruise... HA HA.

Oh Lisa, I can so understand your panic thinking that you would be locked out of the DIS forever. I would be breaking out in more than a cold sweat. I feel your pain. Thank every goodness that didn't happen and now you're back! It wouldn't be the same without you! Glad you're still here!

Coach...my huge downfall in life. I had to drive by one down here because I was running late to get to class and we don't have any in WA state that I know of. Have you seen the new spring line?!

Kaylee-I should have told you, there's a big Coach outlet in Cabazon (just before Palm Springs)...we should have gone there instead of to the pool!!

It will be ok since you don't make any changes while you are in there! It just shows all your subscribed threads that have had posts since you last posted. That blue check mark is also in front of the thread name on the Cruise Meets thread if you want to go that route.
