Bobby is proficient at WATER MARKERS.
He LOVES to color, but he is VERY NEAT. He does NOT like permanent markers. He says they are TOO MESSY.

In spite of his Colombian Accent his position on markers was VERY CLEAR.

It was OK for him to be in the truck. He asked permission of the people who own the winery!

Jan :earsgirl:
:rotfl: I'll be sure to let Tyler know all of this! ;)

Pj,
I also like the tag without DCL. I think it would be good to have the ports listed. Great job. They look incredible!!!!

Have you seen the Christmas Shoes with Kimberly Williams. That one got me because I thought that it would end differently. :( :( :(
I have it on tape. Tyler heard the song on the radio at Christmas time and told me how sad it is. But whenever we got in the car after that, he'd aske me to keep changing stations to try to find that song again! I made the mistake of telling him a movie was made about it and he asked if we can try to find it on TV. It happened to come on while he was at his dad's or already in bed or something, so I taped it for him and we watched it together later. He loved it and I can't stand it because I cry no matter how many times I've seen it!

Thank you for remembering us. Dd is definetly better, but with a homeopathic treatment right now.

I can´t believe 40 pages were written today, how do you all keep up with the thread? I will definetly be checking the thread, but is overwhelms be when I see that I have 20+ pages to catch up on, lol.

I had posted this some time ago from uTube and by the time some of you went to watch it, it was pulled down. It's gone viral on the internet so a lot of you may have seen it, but it not...here it is, I think most moms can relate...."The Momsense Song" by Anite Renfroe (very funny!!)

http://www.sharks-bite.com/momsong.htm

She is the best!!! That song really cracked us up :rotfl:

I just posted this on the CB board and thought you would also get a good laugh out of it.

I was soaking my foot in a tub of warm water to make it earier to get the stinger out of my foot. My 2.5 year old daughter, Molly, comes in and we start talking:

Molly: Mom what are you doing?
Mom: Remember how I tell you that you should ALWAYS have your shoes on when you go outside?
Molly: Yes Mommy
Mom: Well I wasn't wearing my shoes and I went next door to see our neighbor and I stepped on a bee.
Molly: Well, Mommy that's ok one time I stepped on a L

She is now 10 and we still ask her if she has stepped on any Ls lately. :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

OMG, that was so sweet :lmao: :rotfl2:

Some of you might remember when I was first talking about changing this room into our Disney room. Thought I would let you see how it turned out.

Most of the clutter is my Disney collection. My sewing machine is in here too and unfortunately so is everything from the bedroom we are painting. My DH said we had to get the bedroom painted so that I could get sewing again. He's right. Should be done before the end of the week.

Carol

That is an AWESOME room!

First attempt for a tag front side base...

I love this one, it is great!

Here's the recipe I used. I have to say, I cooked boneless/skinless chicken and shredded it. I julienned carrots and onions and also put in fresh mushrooms and a dew chopped potatoes. I used more than suggested. I also got the refrig pie crusts and put them into individual foil small bread pans to make them smaller.

Description This recipe is from the book Mickey's Gourmet Cookbook. This book can be found through Amazon, but it is a special order. We highly recommend this book.
Ingredients
At a glance
2 C. chicken tenderloins, uncooked
1 C. broccoli, tops only
1/2 C. carrots, cubed
1/2 C. celery, cubed
1/4 C. leeks, diced
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
3 C. milk or half and half
1 C. Parmesan cheese, grated
2 chicken bouillon cubes
Pastry dough for a single pie (double crust)
1 egg, beatenMethods/steps
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In boiling salted water, simmer chicken tenderloins, broccoli, carrots, celery, and leeks until chicken is fully cooked and vegetables are tender, but still firm (about 15 minutes). Drain well and set aside.
In a medium sized skillet, melt butter and add flour. Cook for 5 minutes and add milk or half-and-half. Bring to a boil and simmer until thickened (about 10 minutes). Dissolve chicken bouillon cubes in 1/4 cup warm water and add to sauce. Blend in grated Parmesan che3ese and remove from heat. Add cooked chicken and vegetables and mix well. Pour mixture into a deep-dish pie plate and cover with pie dough. Seal edges well and brush top with beaten egg. Bake until crust is golden brown and the filling is hot (about 45 to 50 minutes). Brushing a little milk on the top of the pie dough before baking will give the crush a delightful color.

That looks soooo good my mouth is watering.

GREAT! Thanks Jan!

UH OH!!!!!!! I read Jan's post to Tyler, and he jumped up with excitement and said, "Oh boy! I'll teach him a bunch of stuff!" I asked him, "Um....what kind of stuff?" He said, "I'm gonna teach him how to use markers!" Be afraid, Bobby......be VERY afraid! :rotfl2:

:rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Is he going to travel? Maybe he can go see FourMCDs? or lillygator?

Jan :earsgirl:

Oh yeah. He will be traveling too. He'll probably be here for awhile though. He wants to do an RV trip when it warms up. He would like to see the Oregon Coast.

Gee that banana gets around, does he collect airmiles?

PC140043.jpg

He "drove" a 1924 Ford Delivery van belonging to the Easley's Winery in Downtown Indianapolis. http://www.easleywinery.com/

And a CRANE that was delivering materials to rebuild the rooftop deck he checked out his first day.

He will be ON THE ROAD AGAIN and visiting new sites and DISers soon.
