Good luck at the Cheesecake Factory. I can always find something healthy to order, but I have absolutely no will power to choose the healthy item over all the other delicious things on the menu. Here's hoping you have more will power than me.

WHAT is your DH thinking?? How in the world can you keep up with it if it is out of sight? Does he not realize that merely having proper piles of photos and memory items is an indication of progress? Did Michelangelo paint the Sistene Chapel? I think not! Just plain unreasonable. Let me know if you want me to talk to him.

Re: Longaberger

My mom gave me a really big Longaberger basket to put mail into about 10 years ago. I had no idea what "Longaberger" was at the time and at a garage sale I was just to scale down and someone saw it and offered $5 so I said sure.

$5 WHAT A STEAL, literally! I'm a Longaberger nut....love it! I too have the kleenex box in my bathroom, and the oval trash, and a magazine holder, and....well, I'll stop before I embarrass myself........

The short answer is NO! I'm a creative memories consultant like Karen and I'm so not caught up. Heck, I'm behind on life!!!

At this point, I have 38 people that expressed interest in riding the hummerzine to port. I think almost everyone will be either at the hyatt or arriving that am to mco.

I know there was mention of doing the van instead, as it might be cheaper and hold more people. I would really love to surprise my dd's with the hummerzine and think I would stick with that. If others want to hop out now and go for a luxury van...just let me know. Nothing is reserved yet.

Here is the breakdown that I have so far...let me know if I missed anyone or got anything wrong. I thought about putting all kid families in 1, but there were too many so I just randomly split people up, based on when I heard from them....was thinking we could have one leave at 9 and the other leave at 10, unless everyone can make the 9 then we could just follow eachother there! would a 9 departure be too early (with the grocery stop) to arrive at the port?

Kaylee-looks good to me. And I think the staggered times are a good idea (since none of us don't have our flights yet). Yes, please do check on the cancellation policy, etc. Oh, and let us know what the payment details are (when and to whom). And if you need any help with the details, etc., I'm happy to help.

Karen-very good! Thank you for helping to support my husband's paycheck...keep it up. Actually, I think HP makes the best printers, and I'm not coming from a biased place. Even before he worked at HP, I loved their printers!

We are 1/2 and 1/2 Lisa, we have about as many Canons as HP's . . . Every time we buy a computer we get a free printer, I still have some in the Box! Four printers out of the box - 2 Canons and 2HP's.

Our office is COMPLETELY HP - Printers, Computers, and SERVERS.

I went over to the other side to try and find where they were making fun of us, but I could not find it. I was going to go over and tease them a bit. PJ, you and I both have 11 posts over there - someone daily updates how many posts everyone has.

Maybe we should all pick a day and time and ALL go over there and post like we are posting on our own thread. We can tell them we are just being neighborly and trying to help them out in what matters most!

No pets. Eventually I'd like to get a small dog, but I'm not home much. I work a lot, and if I'm not at work I'm usually out of town. I keep saying that by the time I'm 30 I'll slow down and get a dog, but I'm going to be 30 in 5 months, so maybe by the time I'm 35 I'll get a Boston Terrier.

Just wanted to let everyone know that I am able to get a little bit more excited about this cruise now. I haven't posted much, let alone tried to read all of the posts, LOL, but things are looking better. Our school system just released the school calendar for next year and if there are no days that have to be made up due to weather, etc., last scheduled day is May 15th!!!
This means our girls will only miss the last (4) days of school!

I'll just have them clean out their desk a little early..........if they start to get whiney about missing all of the fun I'll just remind them of how much more fun they will be having on the cruise. What better way to celebrate the end of the school year, albeit a few days early, than a Disney cruise.

Now we just have to work on DD13's softball coach and DH's boss for the time off. He has never requested more than 8 days off before. He has been with the company for 17 yrs, and has the most seniority, I hope that works in his favor.

Just pm'd disneycruising to sign my two oldest DD13 and DD11 up for the kids chat group and pm'd calmom to sign up for a fish group. Hope to be a little more active now that I don't have to worry about the school calendar.

I finally feel like I am really going!

Amy wanted a small dog, and Sophia and I did not want to wait for a miniature labradoodle (miniature poodle and lab mix - before you ask, artificial insemination) so we got the runt of the litter.

Lexi is now 54 pounds, and NOT tiny!

I am sooooo in! That would be hysterical!

We have a veritable zoo at our house...2 ferrets, 1 cockatoo, 2 cats (one's the old stray Tom cat that we feed outside and now he hangs out on our porch...so technically he's ours) 2 dogs...a Humane Society mutt and a peek-a-pom. Yes, a pekinese and a pomeranian...goofy mix. And me and my daughter. That's our family. There's more animals than people.
