RV storage! I am looking for one in the LA area now for this cruise. We should be on the road by then. We are thinking we can do a one month rental at an RV storage that is secured.
So Angie, if we chip in and pay for the cab, Dennis will go get the RV, then come back to the port to take all of us to DL after the cruise, lol.
A few days ago I went there and almost snatched 33000 or 34000, can´t remember well which, I was one post short, but I feel they were bothered in not a nice way by it. Maybe it is the language barrier what makes me feel like it, I thougth it was all in fun, even when someone from their thread tried to pirate post 5000 (I think from us).
And I am sorry with my fellow cruisers because after my post, lbgraves said she would be telling all the rest when we approached any post milestone so they can all come and pirate us, so I guess that if they really haunt our thread it will be my fault, though how can all of them keep up with their thread and haunt ours is beyond me, come one, there are people there with more than 3000 posts just in that thread!!!!
Julie, I know a bunch of those folks really well, including lbgraves and Captain Jack. I can assure you it is all in good fun and that they WILL be over here trying tothe really big ones, i.e. 10,000. We need to be alert as we approch that. It is not something they take seriously, although I am sure they will holler and grumble alot if one of us should happen to be on that thread visiting and should just happen to grab a big one, say 100,000.
I was going to remark previously about your excellent english. I never go around to it, and I had finally concluded that English must be your original language and you ended up in Mexico thru work, marriage, etc. I am very impressed with your English. Much better than my Spanish, or any other language. I know absolutely zilch. Can't remember any of my high school French because I took that back in the dark ages.

I noticed you mentioned something about your dd not speaking english (I think it was on one of the boards), hopefully by next May both my dd's will be fairly fluent in spanish. Our nanny for the summer is originally from Guadelajara and will be working on spanish with them and then I have finally gotten an afterschool spanish program started at dd's school beginning in April. Not sure how good they will be, but they will enjoy trying! That would be worth looking into. We are supposedly hiring a car from the airport and leaving it at the port. Would have a look at not having a car at all and taking transfers to the resort. Then of course we wouldn't be able to get to Walmart!!! So many decisions!!!

Here's the little sickie....sorry if I posted this already! I posted it on another thread for the cruise he's joining me on, so I'm assuming I didn't put it on here since he won't be coming.
